⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My family of six recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott on Newbury Road in Thousand Oaks, CA. during the first weekend of August. While we initially had some concerns about our comfort upon arrival, what followed truly exceeded all expectations and turned our stay into a memorable and positive experience. The next morning, I received a personal call from the General Manager, Mr. Rateb Rahen. From the moment we spoke, it was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience. He listened attentively, expressed sincere empathy, and took immediate steps to ensure my family and I were fully comfortable. His professionalism and heartfelt concern were evident in every interaction. What stood out most was the level of follow-through. Mr. Rahen called again the following day just to make sure everything was going well, and to my surprise, he reached out once more later in the week to personally invite us back to his property. He encouraged us to contact him directly before our next visit so he could ensure everything was just right for our family. In a time when great customer service can be hard to come by, Mr. Rahen’s commitment to guest satisfaction is something truly special. His leadership and dedication reflect the highest standards of hospitality, and because of him, we look forward to returning. TownePlace Suites is lucky to have someone like Mr. Rahen at the helm. Great stop, nice suite witk kitchenette perfect if you want to do some cooking. Folks at the desk so nice.., great breakfast to kick off the day. Water volume in shower strong and heats quickly! Great food around and good morning walk potential. Gteat Sray - thanks!!

There was urine droplets on the floor around the toilet. There was even a small pool of yarn on the toilet near the back. I could not find how to turn off the light over the burners. I like sleeping in total darkness as much as possible. The elevator really smelled of oil.
