It was ok. but the bed was not really made... It did appear clean??

Located right off the interstate, staff were pleasant

Cleaning could have been better. Room was noisy as we were given a room right next to the front lobby and ice machine. Thin walls

well if I could rate negatively, I would. The first room they put us in, was not cleaned, food in closet still. The floor boards were coming up, it was so damp in the room. The entire hotel smelled of musk, and was damp. The second room, there was water damage in the ceiling were the drapes were, and the whole thing fell off the ceiling. Everything felt wet in the room especially the carpet. The hair dryer was burnt and didn't work. They had us go to another room to use the hair dryer. We had to get new room keys everyday of our 5 day trip. Nothing worked properly on the hotel at all. We tried to get our money back and leave, they took our number down and said they would call when the owner was back in town. tried to get a refund, they couldn't cause owner was mot there. This hotel was a joke.

All of the staff was super friendly and willing to help with any circumstances!!! I love it here.

Chose this hotel since it was under the Best Western umbrella. However, the hotel was dirty, several stains on towels, bedding, and walls; mold in the bathroom, and dirty vents. The staff was kind and refunded our stay so that was nice.

The included breakfast was great --lots of choices! There were always scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, hard-boiled eggs, DIY waffle machines, bagels, bread for toast, French toast slices to heat in toaster, English muffins, butter, cream cheese, jam, honey, yogurt, cereal, milk, apples, oranges, bananas,, coffee, hot teas, juices --only wish they had 100% orange juice. We stayed 2 times for 5-6 nights in the same month, and at first, the breakfast was stocked well at beginning of month, but then ran out of items like waffle mix, 100% mixed fruit juices, fresh fruit --bananas became overripe. Also, 1 of the 2 waffle machines was not working on our 1st 5-night stay & then they ran out of waffle mix at the beginning of our 2nd stay. The beds were very comfortable; fluffy pillows & a lot of pillows; clean sheets; mostly clean towels --some washcloths have some stains; most towels are decent thickness & clean. It was quiet in room --could only hear noise through door & also ceiling when on 1st floor. Some rooms have been renovated with vinyl plank flooring in bed areas, which is easier to clean; bathrooms had tile flooring. Had a small fridge with a little freezer compartment in our 2nd floor room w/ 2 full/queen beds, but on 2nd stay on 1st floor king-bed room, the fridge had NO freezer --be aware to ask if you need a freezer for ice packs & such! Staff was nice when we communicated with them. Daytime & evening front desk staff knows more than the overnight person; guess he was just security for overnight. The breakfast area staff keeps the food items well-stocked!

Wish we had known about using Best Western App to get the current promotional reward for our 1st 5-night stay. I discovered promotion & App & used it for our 2nd 6-night stay & hope it gives me reward --told that you have to wait a week after checkout to receive reward on App.? Some washcloths had stains --I would soak longer or throw out. Maybe have some dark washcloths or those disposable face cloths for makeup removal or whatever is staining the washcloths & have signage directing guests to use.? .We didn't know that we were supposed to put our pile of used towels in the hallway to signal we needed fresh towels --we went to desk for fresh towels every night except one. It would have been nice for staff to tell us what to do with towels or have a sign in the bathroom to inform us! The bathroom shower had some mildew at wall & tub caulking and corner of walls. Staff should try harder to clean these areas --no one wants to see mildew! The floors should be cleaned better between guests. My bare feet got dirty on the walk from bed to bathroom. Using a wet Swiffer-type mop would do the job quick & easy on the vinyl plank & tile flooring in renovated rooms. The carpet in older rooms should be cleaned or changed to vinyl plank flooring for easier cleaning. The breakfast could use 100% orange juice & maybe 100% cranberry juice. They had apple juice (I think 100% juice) & one mixed fruit juice that was 100% juice & then Sunny D, which is NOT a healthy fruit juice choice. A maple syrup for waffles & French toast would be very nice! They had regular syrup w/ high fructose corn syrup and also a No-sugar syrup choice.
