Cool staff

Swimming pool is in the parking lot. The area around the hotel was less than appealing, the house in front of the hotel was like a car graveyard. They had children’s toys on their roof. Not the hotels fault but didn’t give you the feeling of a good place to stay. Comforter had stuff all over it, remote control was sticky, couldn’t get in our room because the lock was faulty. Second room you could just push the door open even though it was locked. Overall not a good experience.

Pet friendly

The pool is tiny, like a bathtub.

I liked that I had complained about the fitness room with no working equipment the last time I stayed here and was shocked that it was completely fixed up this time . Very very happy about that and shared that with the staff. Additionally, the staff was friendly and amenable when I’d ask for a little ‘extra’ ( like putting my freezer bag in the hotel freezer so I could take food along with me when I left the hotel).

There appeared to be a door on the bottom floor that was constantly left open. When you’re travelling alone, security is a big thing.

Daughter and I were there for 3 nights for a concert at Hershey park when we got to room wasn’t the cleanest we found some hair and fake eyelashes in a few different spots there was no daily housekeeping so our trashes got overfilled and no daily towels and when I asked for more towels they told me that they didn’t have any due to short staff overnight breakfast was ok just standard waffles eggs and sausage bagels, cereal other then that staff was friendly and the beds were comfy
