"great hotel in guanajuato"

we loved the hotel .. great pool.. very large junior suites..generous amount of nespresso capsules the manager was very attentive to our suggestions , and concerns.. indoor pool very relaxing, but sauna and steam room took a long time to fully function.. although a large amount of people working at the hotel , nobody at the spa to ask for directions .. just a minor detail.. a beautiful hotel , very well maintained , that makesl you want to come back. .we had lunch .. very good service , expected more from a relais chateau in terms o f excellence of cuisine .. a bit pricey for guanajuato , but overall we enjoyed it a lot .. cannot wait to go back for a relaxing vacation..

"Beautiful hotel"

We loved our stay at the Villa Marie Cristina Hotel. It was beautiful with an excellent attentive staff. It was an easy taxi ride to the historic center which also meant it was quiet. The historic center was crazy busy and very noisy which made our hotel seem very quiet.

"Royalty treatment !"

This was my first time staying at Villa María Cristina and it won’t be the last. This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Guanajuato! Lovely and luxury rooms with the most incredible accommodations (sauna, heated pool, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). The stuff was exceptional!! I have stayed in different hotels in Europe, US and Mexico and no one compares to Villa María Cristina from the minute you check in to the minute you check out, they make you feel like royalty. Definitely booking this hotel next time I come back to Guanajuato.
