Climia 2Sleep Apartments

Excellent location, The reception lady was first class as was the boys, apartment very clean and spacious with every facility provided. The air conditioning was spot on and the balcony massive with table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. I would certainly stay again and recommend to my friends. Overall a lovely stay.

What a lovely place to be , every thing you need and right in the middle of everything. You can enjoy the atmosphere from the balcony or shut the door and you can’t hear anything .We have already got family members who are looking to come with us next time .

Great apartments in the heart of the Old Town. Have stayed in these studio apartments two or three times now and I think they are in a really good position. However probably not ideal if you like to be close to all the action on the strip.

Can't fault this place. The location is perfect. I have stayed in both buildings and enjoyed both stays. Rooms were lovely and spacious and the receptionist is lovely and so helpful. In one building we had a small balcony with a street view in the other we had a view onto the alley but a large balcony. I will definitely be returning for a 3rd trip.

Top marks the room we had 206 had everything you could won't. It faces the back so no view but good size balcony. Stayed a week bed changed and clean towels. You have to take your rubbish to bin's on bottom level there is a sign on wall there's also a shower room on that level that you can use on last day reception will give you towels. We went with easyJet the bus drops you off about 5 mins walk . When you get off bus walk to the right walk over the little bridge. Then take second LEFT stop look at side of burger bar and climia 2 sleep door way is there. Bus picks up at same place to return home. PS the wine at the burger bar is very nice and cheap. We would 100% return to these appointments in middle of everything location is perfect.

My booking stated that i would have a room with a balcony and a street view, but i was given neither a balcony or a street view, just an enclosed courtyard from all sides, a claustrophobic one, i asked at reception id change this is not what i wanted. and was told to come back in morning, so i did and the lady at reception said to me we can change for you next day ( so thats 2 night) already, and was told to pack my stuff ready for change by 11 am, so i did that on 3rd morning, after waiting around, i went to reception and was told by same lady(rocio) that she can no longer offer me another room anymore ? Without telling me in advance at least. Surely this room is not what i booked, nor should i be charged for the same rate, and i don't understand why tell me all this, and not deliver while they could just tell me a no and just get on with it Room 207, felt like a prison Also i didn't have any hot water for the first day. Terrible experience. Only good thing about this is the location.

Fabulous apartment close to beach and central in Old Town. Compact but with everything you need. Really helpful receptionists. Twinned with hotel 5 mins away so you can use their pool. Highly recommended. In centre of Old Town but not noisy at all. Small balcony but at least somewhere to sit outside.

Perfect base for stay in Benidorm. So close to all amenities in Old Town and to both beaches. New town only short walk away also. Abundance of bars, cafes, restaurants and proper shops. Supermarket also only 50 yards away which is perfect for self-catering stay. Staff all friendly and there if you need them.

Booked Climia 2 sleeps week beginning 12th June, we were disappointed to be shifted down the street to apartments owned by 2 sleeps. We asked could we have the apartments we booked and offered to pay for an upgrade just to stay where we had booked,, We were refused ..Unfortunately this ruined our experience ,we could not stay here again..Perhaps the website should say we connot guarantee you will stay in the apartments booked.

Had a lovely stay here staff very welcoming it was nice and comfortable had everything we needed. In the heart of the town centre so you hear the hustle and bustle but can close door and air con is good to. Reception staff friendly and welcoming Would stay again.
