Great area in the old town

Great place to stay. Ideally situated in the Old Town. Close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Always clean. Provides everything you need for a short stay in Benidorm. Rooms clean and staff helpful and friendly. See you again in November.

Clean and basic ok for a session weekend

Very s mall balcony, when you sit with 2 persons on it, it is difficult to pass. very good service, friendly reception. Small kitchen but everything available situated in old town Benidorm. Bed is good, shower excellent. Bit noisy by youngsters that return from party's but even then good accomdation.

Good quality for the money. Comfy beds, super clean and ideal location. Amazing shower! If you have long hair take your own hair dryer!! Right in the heart of the action. Noisy on the balcony but quiet with the door closed. The solarium is great and a real sun trap! Ideal for friends who want a cheap, comfortable and clean base. Two-three minute walk to the beach if that and right next to the Old Town night life and restaurants. Would use again!

3 adult females crammed into a tiny room with a single wardrobe. Room smelt of bad drains the whole visit! Cheap lumpy flat pillows with a cheap lumpy mattress. Only 1 person could fit on the balcony at a time! Hair dryer blew out a slight warm breeze! Smallest kettle I’ve ever seen, could only boil one cup of water at a time! But that said, the apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival! Brilliant location on the edge of the old town so great for shops and bars! 15 minute walk to the new town. Would stay in the location again but not these apartments! But you get what you pay for I suppose!

Very good apartments in a great location friendly staff and kept clean would go again no problem . Easy access to the old town of Benidorm and also close to the beach and playa Levante and not too far from the new town or playa Poniente. Good selection of restaurants and bars close by and a pizza takeaway just below.

You had to read every notice to see how everything works, wanted to check out before 10am didn't know how to read the notice to late, bathroom had a leek, keys not funting property had to change them so able to us safe had to 6€ for use. Won't be going again
