Climia 2Sleep Apartments

These apartments is class we were on the first floor 107 it was clean. towels was changed every other day and was there for 10 days sheets was changed twice. The air conditioning was very good and no noise when all windows and doors was closed as its was all triple glazed... not long back and we have booked for October and looking forward to meeting the lovely staff again..well done 2sleeps xx

Comfy bed , free air con. Decent size apartments. Very helpful staff, clean and cheerful. In the edge of old town so good distances for both old and new

The rooms are small and we had booked a twin room but we’re given a double we asked for a different room but they couldn’t change it also the balcony is very narrow and tight, the location is excellent though for the old town but the beggars and homeless spoil the experience outside of our apartment block, we have stayed there before but I’m afraid we won’t be going back

Went with family in April 2025 - myself and my sister were in the main building, and our parents were in the block further down the street (despite us emailing prior to arrival to ask for rooms close together and being told that would be done). We arrived late at night so had to use the self check in screen outside, which gives you your room number and key card, but with no indication where you should go. The security guard on reception did come out to 'help' but couldn't speak English. Unfortunately we did struggle with the language barrier sometimes, mainly with the night staff, and had to use a translator app on occasion. The lady on reception that seemed to work most daytimes was lovely and helpful though. There was a smell of sewerage when we first entered our room that cleared after leaving the doors open, but seemed to come back every time someone flushed their toilet. The room was clean, but we didn't get given any new towels in our 4 night stay, and had to ask reception for more toilet rolls. The facilities in the room were fine. There was pretty much everything you'd need to cook meals, however not much room to actually sit and eat inside. We did think our balcony was a good size for the two of us, and a great spot for people watching! We were in a room on the third floor overlooking the back street which has several bars and shops, but apart from the bin lorry waking us up during one night, the noise wasn't bad with the doors and window closed. The location of the apartments was good for shopping, eating, etc. as it's in the middle of the old town. The area seemed mostly clean and safe, although we did notice a couple of homeless people sleeping on the streets outside, including one right by the doorway to our parents' apartment block, which was sad to see and may be off putting to some guests. You can use the pool at the sister hotel (5 mins away) which was okay, but is contained inside a 'sun room' rather than being actually outdoors, and swim caps are mandatory which we weren't warned about so had to purchase at reception for a few euros each. The worst part of our stay was on our last night, when the fire alarms went off at 2am and woke us all up. In a panic, everyone ran downstairs to find the "24 hour reception" unmanned, so we all just waited in the street until the security guard wandered back 15 minutes later. He went in, turned the alarms straight off then said "all okay" and sent us all back upstairs with no checks as to whether there was actually a fire. It was very stressful, and there was no explanation as to what had happened. It was almost as though it was a normal thing to happen for him! Overall, the stay was okay for what we needed and the location was good, but we wouldn't stay again.

Highly recommended these apartments , very central location just on the outskirts of the old town beach 5 min walk away felt very safe in the apartments all staff were very pleasant and helpful will be returning here again 5 star from us both had a fantastic stayhere

Brilliant location everything you need in a studio love it here, great for everything handy on your doorstep,staff very friendly and helpful even help taking up your cases to your room , any problems quickly rectified no hassle. can't wait to return.

Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay Female staff were friendly and helpful But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money

Just returned home to the UK after a fantastic weeks stay at Climia 2sleeps apartments. What a beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Benidorm Old Town.. 2 minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ On arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist. Who helped us up the steps with our cases. Check in was very welcoming and quick. We were given a room on the 1st floor. Which did not disappoint. It was very spacious and extremely clean. The kitchenette was very well equipped with fridge/kettle/microwave, utensils and cleaning products, it was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfy, shower and hairdryer was brilliant. Liquid hand soap/shower gel and shampoo, all included in containers attached to the walls. We had partial sea view, overlooking one of the many avenues in Old Town Benidorm. We loved watching the school children going to school each morning and people watching. The pizza shop below did not disturb us at all, once our doors were closed at night, we couldn't hear anything. We used the sister apartments rooftop solarium a few times. It was 2 doors away and very private. We also used Benidorm Plaza Hotel, this wasn't for us, it has a covered pool! The apartments are very well located to everything in the Old Town, restaurants and beach. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay one to remember (including the cleaning staff, who do a marvellous job too), we will be returning 😀

Excellent location for the old town. Staff were very helpful. Rooms modern and clean. Shower excellent. Enough cutlery and crockery. Microwave , stove and kettle came in handy. Could be a little noisy from 10 am to midnight. What can you expect when you are in a central location. Didn’t bother me in the slightest. My only gripe is the deposit the front desk to in relation to potential damage. I left the apartment in the same condition as when I arrived. 10 days later I still haven’t been credited. Not good enough really

This accommodation is a hidden gem right in the centre of the old town. Rooms were spotless and had all the amenities you need for a short stay including full size fridge and electric hob. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had little room noise. Our friends stayed on the first floor where it seemed to be a bit more noisier..::but you are in on of the main streets of the old town. I recommend asking for a room from floor 2 upwards. Will definitely stay again.
