Not an enjoyable stay. The hotel smells horribly like old smoke and mildew. Honestly it gave me an headache within an hour of being there. Everything needs redone. Furniture is extremely run down and stained. Telephone didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, A/C barely worked. Appeared to be blood stains on the walls. Stained sheets. Very uncomfortable block pillows that I’ve never seen in any hotel before. Very noisy throughout the night making for an overall horrible stay. Spend the extra $ and stay elsewhere. I wish I did.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet paper roll holder was broken off. The mini fridge didn't work. The AC didn't work. We asked for fresh wash cloths after 3 days, were told there weren't any. Stains on the bedspread. Stains on the sofa. No plug at the desk. The ENTIRE hotel smells like an old ashtray. It is literally hard to breathe in there. We left early after paying for 6 days. We couldn't stay there any longer.

Got a decent price on a stay super close to SB airport. Easy parking and convenient location were the strong points. The room was mostly clean, but the carpet needed some attention - there was evidence of a previous spill or stain that tracked through a good part of the entrance area. Also, the handheld showerhead had an issue - it would not stay up in a fixed position on its own. All in all it was fine...

"Comfy beds"

Good hotel if you need to sleep for just a night. Nothing terribly special, but the beds were very comfortable and I found the staff to be very nice.

I did not have a good stay I booked Fridays first night couple hours in room noticed refrigerator wasn't working and a light towed the front desk was told the next day will get moved to a room didn't get moved to a room to 3 days later then the room I got moved to phone didn't work microwave didn't work refrigerator was dirty and didn't have racks in it ask for manager to come talk to me never did was told would get a call that following Monday which was the next day for me leaving I left on a Sunday have not heard from this manager has not called and discussed with me the problems that I had while I was there I've stayed here a few times never had this problem I've had problems but the problems with taken care of right away this time did not meet standards at all
