We stayed here because it was close to the airport for a morning flight. This place does not look like the pictures. Looks deserted, like no one cares for it from the parking lot. Badly in need of a renovation-comforter had a cigarette hole, lobby smelled like industrial cleaner, room needed repairs. Pillows were old and shower curtain doesn’t reach the ground so floor gets wet. Pool closed by health department. Staff was nice enough and someone drove us 1 minute to airport in morning.

Terrible stay, this hotel should be taken off hotels.com places to stay. I am waiting for a call from the manager, because one of the 2 rooms I booked was for my daughter and grandkids. is was not cleaned very well. the towels issued was yellow, no real pillows on the beds. Also the poll was out of service , the ice machines didn't work, the vending machines was empty not stocked. to say the least.

Disgusting, everything was broken. Pool closed by the health commission, all vending machines empty, breakfast juice machine broken, TV remote missing batteries, and door lock missing latch…didn’t really feel safe.

"Horrible "Hotel""

Hotel should be shut down. We checked in, switched rooms once hoping for better room. Left hotel after 15 minutes. Sofa pillows are used for bed pillows. Two gross,stained,small, worn out bath towels and 1 hand towel for double room. Hotel smells of curry and mold. Main phone for hotel does not work so you can't call for van to pick up from airport. We had to spend $15 to Uber to hotel. Front desk person did not speak/understand much English. Vending machines empty, probably because so few people stay here. I have never walked into a motel/hotel,checked in and left after seeing the conditions. I did here!!!

-pool was closed by heath department -ice machine inoperative -juice machine at breakfast broken and no other choices other than coffee -room phone did not work The staff was friendly but overall seems to be run by someone that does not know what they are doing and in need of help.
