I am owed a refund as I couldn't get my elderly mom there. We had to stop in Newton, KS. I spoke to reception around 4:00. I emailed via Booking.com the exact same way I emailed before TWICE saying we couldn't make it. I was charged. Booking.com says it is the hotels fault, The hotel says it is Booking.com who is at fault. I couldn't come, I can prove that I called and that I emailed. Give me my refund, please.

"Complete dissatisfaction for a Hampton"

Can’t express enough how sad this place is. Hampton are generally good places to stay. Reliable. Not this place. It is old and run down. Worst of all is the smell in the room. Stayed here once a year ago and made the mistake of ending up in the same place. I fell like sleeping in a septic tank. The doors on most rooms as you walk down the hall are all beat up. Half of them look like some was trying to break in. There are at least three newer hotels right next to this place. My guess is this is where all the construction workers stayed while the other ones were being built. Don’t waste your time here unless you are a crack head and desperate for a place to stay. I would of rather sleep in the car then ever come here again.
