Karma Salford Hall Hotel

Excellent ambience, food , service and hospitality. Staff was very friendly and helpful indeed. Ellie and team made our event memorable. Karma hospitality and staff are really good wherever you go! Be it Goa , Kerala , Bali or Salford hall. We are very happy to be members of this group! Thanks

Place is nice and staff are lovely but the breakfast and dinner are very poor. The rooms are comfortable. Some rooms like Room 1 and 3 are very spacious. The food from both the international and Indian menus was very poor. They did cancel the bill but it ruined our special break with family. By the time we drove into the nearest town everything was closed. As a plus point I am coeliac and the food severed was safe and they knew how to deal with allergies.

The resort is in a secluded place. The flooring of the resort are wooden and cranky. Even if someone just walks it starts to disturb others. No restaurant close by. The food is tasty but expensive. Nearest bus ride starts after 1.4 miles. The bus ply to Stratford and Evesham. At Stratford lot's of places to visit. It's the birth place of Shakespeare. We can also visit Warvickshire, Lancaster and Coventry. They are very interesting and beautiful and lots to see. Lovely Cathedrals.

Unfortunately this is not your 4 star experience which is promised I would give it a one star at best - the best part of the hotel has to of been housekeeping. Check in wasn’t friendly felt like two bouncers at the desk trying to get us away so they could continue whatever vulgar conversation they were having before we arrived behind the panel. Room was clean and small. There was never anyone at the bar the restaurant felt like a meeting point for all staff if you ever needed anything they would be in there. The food was overpriced and not good from being in the hospitality industry a long time “culinary expert James Woodhoms” should review his food and menus. Service was shocking zero management felt like it was being run by a bunch of kids who knew nothing about the menu - very disappointing. There seemed to be no management around at all and every day it seemed to get worse. We then had a sales presentation what a joke as if we would buy into that after our stay. Stay well away!!

Oh my goodness, we cannot recommend this place enough. We attended the open day event and wow what a day. Lizzie, Elle and their team absolutely smashed it. We stayed friday- sunday. The first evening we ate at the Karma Hall restaurant and we could not decide what starter to have, our waitress Naomi recommend the chicken 65 and she was not wrong it was so tasty. She was so attentive and helpful. We then had our main which was lovely. My fiance and I couldn't decide on what dessert to have and our waiter Alex recommend the strawberry dessert and wow he was not wrong it was amazing. Alex was so helpful. The next morning we had breakfast and our waitress Lubya was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We were quite specific with our order and she got it spot on. There was so many choices at breakfast from fresh fruit, cereals, toast, yoghurts to cooked breakfasts. We then attended the event and it was fantastic, Live music throughout the day, a bouncy castle for the children, a BBQ and lots more around the venue. There was so much information around for guests to read it was great to see everything Karma has to offer. It was lovely to see all the historical beauty beside the mondern and contemporary. We then joined in with the BBQ in the evening, wow they did not disappoint. £30 all you can eat and everything was cooked to perfection! Wow! Our room was beautiful 😍 so spacious, clean and a gorgeous bath. There was all amenities in there and an optional mini bar. On our last day we went to reception to check out and Catherine was amazing, she made everything so easy and was such a lovely person. We really cant thank Lizzie, Elle and their team enough for such a perfect weekend. They showed Karma Hall in all its glory and we can't wait to come back. We 100% recommend Karma Hall ro everyone, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to you all.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay and what was great is it's dog friendly at no extra cost. Our rep Andy was adorable. As was Catherine ( lovely South African lady ) and Zeke on reception. The bar staff and restaurant staff were extremely accommodating especially the lovely Luba . The gardens, food, wine and many friends we've made topped it all off. See you all soon ❤️ x

We attended the family fun day on Saturday 17th May and had a fantastic time. The staff were really attentive and friendly and the food was fabulous! Lizzie and the team worked really hard to ensure that everyone was having a good time and the entertainment was first class ! Well done to all the staff !

We attended the Saturday afternoon open day which we had seen advertised on local Facebook groups and through invitation tickets we’d received through the letterbox as we live locally. It really nice that events are arranged for locals to enjoy the venue, the garden and spend time at this lovely local venue. We enjoyed the display of the hotel’s history which was in the marquee and also the ability to explore the downstairs of the hotel with no pressure- it’s really stunning and an old Henry VIII hunting lodge. We enjoyed the gin cooler offered and lemonade for my daughter. We enjoyed the live singer who was very good and set a great atmosphere in the garden which was busy with families of all ages and again a great atmosphere- the bouncy castle was a big hit! It was nice to see there is a new gym building and padel court since the last time we visited and the improvements to the hotel are constant and welcome. It’s great that this company and venue are offering locals some chances to experience the venue without being residents- we have eaten here a couple of times before in the restaurant and as always we’re made to feel welcome yesterday. We will be back!

We booked this Hotel through Booksie Breaks, who at first we thought was a scam. It turned out to be the most random lovely weekend. The Hotel itself is interesting, dated, but clean and roomy. The staff are very helpful. We didn't dine here as we thought it was a little expensive, but we took full advantage of the happy hour at 5.30pm each night. The pub is cosy and a great asset. Our package included a continental breakfast which was fine apart from the coffee. We were there 3 mornings and I still didn't get a decent coffee from the machine, usually an overflowing cup of dishwasher water, whatever button you press. We were happy with the selection of fruit juices though, so that was fine. We used the snooker room, and had breakfast in the conservatory as we had brought our dog. On Saturday evening we chose to pay £30 each for the BBQ and live music. The all you can eat Barby was excellent, and music relaxing and enjoyable. A great choice, and a stroll across the path to our comfy large bed.

Nice location, surrounded by countryside, easy to get by car. Plenty of parking spaces. Good place to stay to explore other places of interest. Very nice staff, good restaurant & bar. We had a good time relaxing and walking around the nearby walking trails.
