The staff was amazing very accommodating extremely nice view. Area is a bit secluded, but they have a shuttle to go to Phuket old city… I highly recommend it.

The property itself looks old but the room was clean and nice. Only a stop over for one night it was fine. When we asked for more water they charged us and took ages to bring it, didn’t have that experience anywhere else. But overall they were lovely, I wouldn’t stay for long period though

Absolutely stunning. Staff amazing. Greeted with a cool drink on arrival - seriously the best service I have ever received. Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings and views. All of this made us book in for an extra night. Big thank you !

This hotel is well located for Ao Po grand marina - a short taxi ride away. Unfortunately the hotel is jaded and past its best. The rooms are old fashioned and the bathrooms are deteriorating, with mould on the silicone around the bath, and tired fixtures. Most rooms have balconies, but only a few had chairs. The Aircon works well in the rooms, but there are no lifts between floors, and all king rooms we were told are on the lower level, which is difficult with large bands. The common areas show signs of neglect, and the restaurant is basic and old fashioned. The staff however, are very nice and helpful - its a shame the rest of the resort isn’t to that standard.

Stayed here years ago and everything was superb. Although the view is still wonderful, the facility has sadly fallen into some disrepair, the english speaking staff has declined, and the food is now dangerously unsanitary. Do not eat anything here!! 40 years of eating Thai food and I never got sick, until now. After a day of eating this resort’s food I contracted a life-threatening gut infection. This place has a reputation for bad food - hence the empty restaurant at lunchtime. Be warned.

This property is tired..it lookes like it was nice maybe 25 years ago? In our usa it would be like a super 8 on the water.. 50 bucks..it was a quick stop overnight to our island resort. Maybe feom what we are used to traveling thailand.. we are spoiled.. the sea is low tide alot here.. the service in reatarant is meh, we hardly were greeted..waited15 mins for a drink.. not the hospitality thai people are known for. Rooms paint grounds all that..need help. .

Front Desk -After 24 hours of traveling with children and despite of contacting the hotel in advance, we were unable to check in until 2pm. We had to leave our bags right at the reception, change into swimsuits in dirty and smelly toilets and wait patiently for our room. I was quite shocked to learn that there were still other guests in our room, knowing that we would be coming from afar (we had contacted the hotel a week before our arrival). The hotel was not too busy at all and I'm sure you had the opportunity to prepare our rooms. Rooms - we have booked 2 delux rooms , however these are standard double room with the balcony . Hotel and rooms are quite dated , seems nothing been done there for ages . Our air conditioner did not work properly , it was still quite hot in the room . They are stating kids stay free - but this is not true ! You have to pay for their breakfast , and if you need an extra bed you also have to pay for! The rooms and toilets are quite smelly and moldy. There was also a family of lizards living in our bathroom throughout our stay, which we became accustomed to by the end of our stay. What I found quite dangerous were the old railings on the stairs. Some of them are literally barely hanging on. I was constantly worried that my 5 year old son would not fall down the stairs while holding onto the railing. The only good moment is the view from the rooms and the hotel ! Hotel - too far away from everything. There is only one restaurant in walking distance available, but not even a grocery shop ! Taxis are quite expensive, so if you want to explore the island , avoid this place or rent a car is a must ! Transfer - we booked a hotel transfer from the airport which we had to wait for about 45 min after our arrival. Our driver was not present , we had to contact the hotel and waiting until they sort it out. We accidentally find out that hotel provides free shuttle to the Phuket old town, they don’t inform about it. Food - breakfast was very basic with little choice. We usually had breakfast an hour before closing and most days there was little left. They deliberately do not replenish food stalls, so I got the impression that I ate the same thing every day. We had dinner at the hotel once, it was good, but not cheap! Beech - small beech, could be a nice spot , however it is dirty and so it is not pleasant to swim . Since hotel located on the hill they provide quick shuttle to and back from the beech. Supervisor - we really appreciate the help of Sa-eed, hotel supervisor, who helped us with car rental and some other tips . Very helpful and knowledgeable man, doing his job just great. Which we did not feel we get from any of the receptionist girls . Pool - is just ok. Tiles need to be changed !!! My son scratched his toes and feet while swimming and playing in the pool !

I enjoyed my stay here at superlai scenic bay resort. Spacecious rooms over looking the sea. Thank you to the friendly staff big shout out to sa-eed who welcomed us and made us feel at home.

A very nice but older property. Many stairs if your room is on the first floor. View is great but the beach area is ok.
