"Meh"

Nice view. Alot of things to do between all the Atlantis Resorts. The shuttle bus is nice. Tons of things for kids but my advice would be bring snacks or breakfast food if you aren't rich. Staff was always friendly and the adults only pool was great. My view is from the 6th floor.

The $17 daily gratuity and $82 daily resort fee. The resort is ok. The food is so ridiculously expensive and not that great. Almost $20 for a solo cup size margarita drink and that is with the automatic gratuity added. Construction. It wasn't supposed to start until 10am but sometimes it started at 8 or 9 am. It was on the side I was staying so it was a little annoying. I am glad I stayed but I would choose a different place next time. Atlantis isnt what they make it seem on the advertisements. Was a little disappointed.

"The best place to stay in the Bahamas"

We were offered complimentary rooms at the Royal from the casino but the Cove is simply an experience worth paying for we cannot recommend it highly enough! The staff gets a 10 out of 10 and this was our third visit there, we cannot wait to get back for #4

"Won't be back."

Will not be returning. Several things happened that made the experience a lot less than optimal. I do not appreciate a lot of the treatment that we received. There is a difference between feigned politeness and genuine helpfulness.

"Cove pool is closed"

The cove pool is closed. It was not disclosed to us before we came. It was under construction day and night and the noise was loud. It made us not use the beach near the cove or our balcony.

"Best vacation"

Overall we had the best vacation our 52nd anniversary and my granddaughter got engaged on the beach. We had a great time in the Casino won money lost money…We fed the pigs and got to see sea life by snorkeling and saw sea turtles swimming around.. went to several restaurants some good some not as good.

"Resort is a shell of what it once was."

Guest experience has been dramatically degraded in recent years. The hotel fails to mention the substantial construction that is ongoing at the time of booking. Rooms are beyond due for renovations. Major cost cutting can be felt at every turn from soft goods, to food quality. Pool staff is actively scamming guests for tips by "reserving" every chair and releasing them for tips. The entire resort has substantially fallen in quality. I've returned almost annually for over two decades and this may be the last time.
