"Family Spring Break - Great Stay"

Great stay! A few tips: Room service breakfast is 2x better than the buffet and a few dollars more. The Good Lies mini golf bar area is perfect for kids to run and parents to enjoy casual dinner. Pool/beach chairs available always. The restaurant at the reef pool is great. We probably did 30 laps on the Lazy river - Doesn’t get boring. Slides are OK, mostly short and fast. Seal experience at dolphin cay is worth the price.

"Liers"

Wonderful service at The Cove, but the business are liers. The Cove is under construction so if you want to hear unbearable drilling all day stay here. If you want piece and quiet in your room, look somewhere else.

"The Cove: Service and Food"

I recently stayed at The Cove at Atlantis, and overall I would rate my experience 3.5 out of 5. The property itself is beautiful, and Atlantis Paradise Island maintenance staff does an excellent job maintaining the grounds, and housekeeping was responsive and thorough. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming; however, they were not very helpful when it came to resolving a billing error, which was disappointing — especially at a hotel positioned as the high-end option within the resort. , I did not feel the value matched the price. Additionally, the food throughout the resort was very expensive. Overall, a good stay with strong cleanliness and service in some areas, but the value and billing experience left room for improvement.

"Family Trip 2026"

Rooms and common areas need to be updated. Furniture is worn out and bathroom fixtures are as well. Carpets in many area are in badd shape.
