La gentillesse du personnel.

Pas de restaurant sur place, et le personnel ne savait pas réserver dans les restaurants locaux, ce qui rend le taxi obligatoire pour déjeuner et dîner. Service en chambre chaotique, il faut demander. Rideaux défectueux et non occultants. Tout le resort est en travaux avec des nuisances sonores occasionnelles et des tas de déchets un peu partout. On n'est pas admis dans la salle Fitness du resort ex ROTANA. Bref plutôt décevant sue le plan de la qualité de service.
