La gentillesse et disponibilité de Malak à la réception .le sens du service et d'ecoute de Tarik au restau. Piscine propre .belle vue sur le golf depuis les chambres.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The photos online showed a beautiful location with a lake and trees, but the reality of the room was very different. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. There were holes in the ceiling, which led to issues with insects, and the furniture was dated or even broken. The breakfast was also a major concern; the quality was so poor that I was afraid to let my child eat anything for fear of him getting sick. Regarding safety, there are no measures in place, which is something I noticed other guests have also mentioned. The only positive aspect of the hotel is the lake and the green landscape. While the staff tried their best, it feels like the owner is not interested in maintaining or improving the property despite the high prices. The value for money is very poor. For the price charged, you can find a true 5-star resort elsewhere. I would only rate this as a 3-star experience at best. Additionally, if you are planning a romantic evening walk, be aware that the location is extremely windy and cold at night.
