"Fabulous Hotel"

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms and the interior decor is beautiful. My bed was the most comfortable bed I have every slept on in a hotel. Very quiet room. Clean and well appointed. The location is great and you can easily walk to various attractions. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, polite, friendly and helpful. This is a first class hotel.

Good size room. Very clean. Valet service great.

Reception staff not overly helpful. Air duct/water pressure issue caused back wall in the bathroom to vibrate wildly -like a train passing through. Fridge inside cupboard also very noisy. Reception ran out of complimentary water. Maintenance issue meant no water in rooms 10am to 2pm on day of check out.

We had a brief stay and arrived fairly late at night after an exhausting day of driving. The valet parking was a bit chaotic as several of the people standing around didn’t offer any direction of where to pull up and such. Outside of the valet component, our stay was good. The room was as a good size, beds were comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

"Did Not Meet Expectation"

I booked this hotel based on the pictures which looked very nice. While the lobby is nice and renovated, not everything is renovated in the hotel. I ended up in a room with dirty mattress and sheets that properly don't fit the bed. Bathroom was small and had a cracked toilet. Overall it was not the greatest experience and I couldn't wait to leave. I cannot give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

"Man at the front very rude and sarcastic"

Rude host. Asked if there was room at the bar and at first refused to check, then overheard him Telling the bartender to not serve us… for no reason. We had every intention of having dinner there.

Location was superb… right next to the Providence Place mall and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel room was comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff. Street parking was readily available when we stayed in August.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They canceled our reservation for parents weekend due to “over booking” and we made our reservation months ago. Customer service is horrible.
