The hotel is only 15-20 drive from the airport. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place

Staff was exceptional - very friendly, talkative and smiling. The dark and industrial/rustic quality design touches are upscale, warm, and cozy. Felt very relaxed, safe, and comfortable. After returning home, I received notice of a costly parking citation apparently for my brief(<23min) stop to check-in and carry bags to the room - I reached out via email and they cancelled for me. Yes, there are warning signs but no where else to park due to construction.

Immediately after check-in I drove over to the airport to return my rental car in advance of my flight the next morning. Either the hotel shuttle was not available or they would not go to the SIXT rental area so I had to find a ride back. Just an inconvenience but not enough to dissuade me from booking this hotel again.

It could have a pool.

Beautiful hotel and very welcoming on arrival. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. And the smell that greets you is gorgeous. Room 510 on the top floor was lovely and big and so very comfortable. Shower was fantastic and great pressure. Molton Brown toiletries was a great touch, towels a fantastic size and wrapped all the way round you. Bed was very comfortable, fridge was stocked and complimentary. Lovely view of the bridge. Air con was great. Breakfast was very relaxed and they catered for my dietary needs and tweaked the menu so I could eat. Tescos right next door which is very handy. Would definitely stay again.

Shower just needs a bit of attention as black mould in the grout and around the shower tray.

Hotel can be a little dark at times. Limited selection on breakfast buffet

Staff and Hotel are lovely but unfortunately the 2 times I have stayed I have had to be moved rooms due to the horrendous banging sounds that come from the window and cladding. It is the same on both sides of the building and hoped the first time was an anomaly but unfortunately not. The staff were extremely helpful and moved me but this is the second time I have not been able to sleep due to the noise. The temperature changes effect the building so badly that the cladding snaps and bangs and sounds like the window will come in - All night! Its impossible to sleep and I have seen similar reviews. Such a shame as I love the hotel and staff. Also, the first room I had on this stay still had the previous occupants half eaten salad in the mini bar and had not been replenished with drinks / water!
