"Misrepresentation"

The hotel calls itself airport hotel but it is mnore than 3 miles away. The shuttle service was not available instead the front desk was asking us to take taxi for 40 pounds. The front desk employee was not friendly. This hotel is a total deceit.

Everything was what I expected. Suitable room. Good sleep. Good breakfast selection

A bath robe would have been lovely but as I was just staying one night. It wasn’t a necessity.
