Hotel staff were outstanding, room and food amazing, there was a noise outside the building that woke us up lots of times told staff on the Sunday. Sound like something was flapping against the building. Never spoiled our stay and will definitely recommend hotel and will definitely be back.

An unforgettable stay for our 10th wedding anniversary. The team look after us so well and even upgraded our suite and provided little touches to make our occasion even more special. We hadn't planned on eating in the restaurant however we did and had the Chateau Briand and it was one of the best i've had. Couldn't recommend this place more and i'm pretty hard to please ;)

This is the first time I have stayed at a Dakota Hotel and was impressed with the atmosphere, food, rooms and level of service. I'd definitely stay again

Lovely bathroom and good towels. Room had two comfortable chairs and was spacious. Provision of bottled water was much appreciated. A comfortable bed in a quiet environment.

The provision of two pillows was appreciated, but they could have been softer without losing supportiveness.

The hotel is beautiful, staff were amazing and very helpful. Brooke on reception was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend

Staff was very friendly. Craig the shuttle driver specifically was so helpful and courteous. We had issues with fan in room but was manageable. Room was clean and updated. Ate breakfast and that was delicious as well. Definitely recommend.
