Great breakfast, good choice of cereal and fruit. Liked my second pot of tea. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Loved the statue of the dog reading the wine list.

Bar service was really awful staff were very slow and inexperienced kept forgetting to take drink orders and then to bring to our table i only managed 2 drinks in 2 hours as spent most of the time chasing up our order absolutely shocking Evening meal was as bad service was so slow my wife eventually cancelled her main course as she was fed up waiting and was too late to eat, food arrived eventually but we had no drinks by that time then they took another half an hour to come as we constantly asked where our drinks were NOT GOOD EXPERIANCE AT ALL!!

Wonderful hotel. We had a very comfortable room. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The only issue we had was that we booked this hotel due to being recommended for easy shuttle to the airport. We were about 25 minutes away and had to get a cab from the airport. When we inquired about the trip from the hotel to the airport we were told that the only availability was 45 minutes later than we wanted. The desk clerk also told us that Ubers and taxis were rare for this area. We pre-booked an uber and paid for it. We then went to dinner and were told by the desk clerk that there was an availability on the shuttle 15 minutes earlier than she had previously told us. We explained that would still not work for us. She then told us she would be happy to schedule us a taxi. What? We thought taxis were not readily available. We told her we had already made our own arrangements. By the way, the next morning we saw taxis in and out of the hotel parking lot. The only issue we had was the airport shuttle. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. Incredible staff and very accommodating. They went above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and very updated. Would highly recommend.

what a beautiful place to stay! we loved the room, the comfy bed and the service. craig picked us up at the airport (and could not have been sweeter if he tried!!). brooke helped us at the front desk and was so helpful and kind. overall, a fabulous experience! i’d love to stay here again!!

Brooke greeted us at the front desk and was very professional, warm, and kind. Our rooms were beautiful, every encounter with the staff was exceptional. What an amazing experience.

Wonderful hotel…very clean, friendly staff, convenient to bus stop for easy travel to restaurants, Edinburgh city center, etc. Shuttle pick up from the airport was great.

Travel day was a bit of a shambles and was hanging on by a thread but when we arrived to the hotel everybody was absolutely incredible Sam at reception was a ray of sunshine Iona in the restaurant was great help And a wee shoutout to Craig the transport guy 10/10
