"Comodidad, ubicación y vista al volcán "

Excelente hotel con un servicio de primera. Las instalaciones son modernas, las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas. La vista al volcán es espectacular, y la ubicación es ideal, con varias sodas cercanas para comer bien y a buen precio. ¡Muy recomendado!

We really enjoyed the last visit. Before that we stayed one time in this hotel, when there was only one building. It is impressive how the hotel was grown but even more important, how its quality has increased. The rooms are really nice, the breakfast was so tasty, and the staf very helpful. It is sure that in the future, we will stay again in this hotel.

"Fantastic staff , food and hotel"

First time visiting Costa Rica, had to find a place to stay bc the hotel we booked was 4 hours away from all of the activities that my wife booked and paid for… stayed for the night and had a fantastic experience, from friendly staff to very clean room and delicious food… thank you!! Next time we visit we will be booking at this hotel!!!

A nice little place to stay in La Fortuna. Decent for the price! The breakfast was good, and they have a little shop in the lobby with drinks and snacks. All the staff were polite and courteous.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Good area for food options within walking distance. Room safe didn’t work when we checked in. Had to go downstairs to ask the front desk to send someone and they said 15 minutes. No one came after waiting an hour and 1/2. Had to walk down again because when I tried to call the front desk the operator didn’t speak English. Then someone came after the second request after about 15 minutes. Mid week safe wouldn’t work again but I didn’t want to deal with waiting on someone to fix. Breakfast was not good. Only channel that was in English on TV was Cartoon Network and everything time I tried to sign into Netflix it would not work
