They gave us an upgrade to a jr suite without charge. Room was nice but noisy at night. We were able to here people and cars from outside. Staff was pretty nice. Walking distance to everything. Pool was out of service.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful pool on site. Close walk to el centro. Would def stay here again.

The whole staff was great and was very attentive to all our needs the roo.s were clean and comfortable and my wife enjoyed the spa best trip and stay ever I would definitely plan another stay at the hotel

Hotel staff very kind, the room we chose was a Suite with 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms. The linens and pillows quality was excellent, same with the personal things ( shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc ). Quiet hotel.

The family and I loved the hotel, room was very clean, hotel was emaculate. Very nice pool and friendly staff. I would definitely return to stay at this hotel.

Modern Well designed hotel with capable caring staff. Restaurant is not great, but is a nice convenience. Small lap pool is not heated. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioning works well.

We've stayed at this hotel now twice and would do so again in spite of the sketchy wi-fi. Its close to everything. Great walking, with shops and the Jardin and many other sights within walking distance, minus the noise. Housekeepers were great! Our room was clean and ready daily o matter what time we returned. Pool is small and adequate, nice to sit and lounge by. We definitely would recommend this hotel and most likely will stay again on our next visit.
