Highly over priced , room looks a lot better on line than actual. Loud metal doors.

I loved the cleanliness. The WiFi is terrible. I didn’t like the fact that they charge the first night on your credit card

TOO NOISY. I went for a getaway weekend with my wife. Left my two daughters with my in-laws, to get the perfect relax weekend. Unfortunately, the rooms are not cozy at all. At our room, we were able to listen everything that happened at the front desk. I even was able to listen the front desk phone. Furthermore, there was a pump going on and off every hour. The bed was really uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice hotel managed more like an apartment than a hotel. You walk in and out seldom even seeing staff. There is no lobby. Location was good, walking distance to Jardin and Centro . Has a restaurant.. good for breakfast. Missing a few touches as dish for wet soap, wine glasses and even a hotel directory with room and local information. But these are not major . We enjoyed our seven night stay.

Room had dirty countertops and nights stands. Toilet and shower had an opaque glass into the sleeping area, kind of weird luckily I was with my wife. Would have been uncormfortable otherwise, nice that there is a fridge in the room.. staff was great. Location near artisan shopping area.

good location - not right in the busy section but very close. huge room, but was cold at night with no heat. for some reason there were no keys available so someone had to let us in every time we returned. would stay here again, in a room with a working heater/AC.

An excellent find. The staff is great, the room very clean and everything you can think of is only a couple of blocks away. It is only a couple of blocks from the main “Parroquia”. Everything is close by. We were able to walk to artisan market to some of the best tortas I have ever had. There is a farmacy next to the Hotel. We stayed in room 6 and will definitely will be coming back.

Very nice property! The drinks in the fridge were cost effective and not over inflated prices like other hotels. We ate at the restaurant once for breakfast which was excellent. They did not speak English but we used an english/spanish translation app to communicate. The rooms were cleaned daily and had the various amenities one might need (tooth brush, sewing kit, shower cap, soap, etc.) The location is very nice in town. It is .3 miles from the big church in town and many restaurants.

The staff were just awesome. Helpful. Super polite. Place was clean. Would definitely stay there again with my family. Safe too!

I could hear people talking at night, sort of loud. But overall it's a nice / clean boutique hotel. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
