Hotel & Spa Doña Urraca San Miguel de Allende

Compared to another hotels in Mexico, I will give it a rating of 9 out of 10. Price is reasonable.

Great location, spacious room. Overall very good deal. Overall I didn’t love: - my room location was close to main hall and was kinda noisy - pool was not very clean - receptionist was not able to confirm spa service or taxi service. I had to manage both myself

It was ver comfortable, close to everthing. We just had one inconvenience with a plumbing leak the morning we were leaving

This isn’t the worst option in town, but for the money I would rather stay somewhere else, beds aren’t the best, lacks personality, the pool is a waste, location isn’t the best, mediocre at best is the most accurate description for this hotel

Hotel was very clean and very close to the plaza also only two doors from the main market.

Nice hotel and close to the square! Associates were friendly and helpful! Loved their room bathroom and all the complementary accessories such as flip flops, lotion, body wash ect.

Well maintained, clean and nice decor. Only problem was a weak A/C in one of the rooms, other than that We had a great time ✨

I thought it was beautiful. More like an apartment than a hotel
