Hotel & Spa Doña Urraca San Miguel de Allende

1. The air conditioner in the living room was not functional. The hotel said there was nothing they could do about it. 2. The pool was unusable for the entire 4 days we were there. 3. No hot water in the 2nd bedroom. 4. Although the hotel states that they have room service until 8:30 PM, the kitchen could not prepare a club sandwich at 7:30 PM. 5. We were told the water bottles were provided free to the room, but at check-out they tried to charge us for same. 6. The room smelled of excess humidity. 7. We had to request supplies for the bathrooms on more than one occasion. Overall, a very unpleasant stay at a hotel which was not cheap.

It was a great location. Ever day we stay there was very relaxing and quiet.

Less than 5 min. walk to artisan market and 15 minute walk to center square. Location was excellent!

A beautiful resort in a great location of San Miguel de Allende. Very small (maybe 15 rooms?), an excellent spa (fantastic massage at a good price), and excellent service/amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of México.

Excellent costumer service at check in and check out, very nice, clean, close to everywhere, walking distance to shops and restaurants.. Restaurant very good breakfast. If you are looking for nice hotel boutique and great location .. this is it!

We had a nice stay and would return to this hotel.

We only booked 1 night but wished he had booked another. The room was very spacious. We had a 'couple's massage' but were in separate rooms. We were fine with it; we really need a relaxing massage. We did not get to use the pool; kinda cold outside. On site parking!!! which was a plus for us cause we had a rental. No issues with staff. Down the street from Hank's NOLA and the main plaza/church AND the Mercado for shopping too. I would def stay here again.

THte hotel was great. Very clean, lovely staff and fantastic location. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a modern building with no character or ambience. The front desk staff make little effort to accommodate non Spanish speakers and are not helpful. The atmosphere of the place is odd to say the least, but the location is good.
