"I had a warm and comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn."

I thought the woman at the desk was efficient, courteous, and welcoming. She made sure that I got the room I reserved ahead of time, and give me a brisk but friendly itinerary.

This large hotel had only one elevator.

"One of the best hotels I stayed at in a long time"

The beds were comfy the pool was awesome and so was the breakfast and the staff were amazing Loved the coffee machine in the room and the small appliances everything seamed very clean and need and comfortable

I didn't like the hallway being so cold coming from the pool to your room is freezing 🥶 There was white spots on the chair in are room and the one light by the coffee machine did not work you had to plug it in and unplug it to turn it on and off

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was not renovated to appear like every other Holiday Inn Express that I have been too and from the photos, I had no idea that this property had not been renovated to look like the other more modern hotels of this type.

The reception said she couldn't print me a receipt because it was reserved through booking.com. Booking.com says I have to get a receipt from the property. You need to figure this out.

"The bed is comfortable, but too much noise trapping over your head, dog walking it’s ridiculous"

They should not have dog in the animals in in the in the facilities it’s it have it too kind of nasty looking people dogs and it’s not something they should be doing and the noise is plenty as you could hear the Trump in on top of the floor over your head and people walk in this door is slamming it not insulated too properly

The food was excellent. The service workers was good.
