Holiday Inn Express and Suites Allentown West by IHG

The breakfast was decent, just a 3 hour window 630am to 930am. If you over sleep prepared to find breakfast elsewhere. The staff was ok though there was some creepy staff in the day shift

The room was on the exterior side of the hotel next to the highway all day and night nothing but engines roaring up and down the highway. Had to wear ear plugs to rest trucks roaring up and down all day and night

Inexpensive option right off the highway. The hotel is in the midst of a much needed renovation. Our room had peeling wallpaper, torn lampshade and a musty smell. The staff was attentive and there were plenty of options at breakfast. Overall, a decent choice for somewhere to sleep.

Very friendly front desk staff. They went above and beyond with service.

The fitness center was too small and limited, felt like it was more of a therapy place.

It was prebooked extended 2 weeks stay. The location was reachable. Commute to office/nearby places was handy.

There was renovation works going on along with people staying nearby, which made stay unpleasant The room doors are old & not noise proof, road facing rooms were noisy all the time esp in nights with disturbed sleep. Swimming pool was badly maintained, full chlorine.

Safe parking, convenient and inexpensive

Furnishings are quite tired.
