The Cornell Inn, Lenox & The Berkshires

Service was excellent. Room clean and beds very comfy. Breakfast were not as healthy as we’d prefer. I prefer eggs or protein over so much carbs. Also would have liked Chardonnay option instead of red wine but appreciated the gesture.

Delightful staff, however beware what took you end up in. We lost the lottery and were in M24, which was without question the most awful decor we’ve experienced all jammed into a tiny room. The capper was a larger dried flower arrangement hanging upside done above the bed. It practically touched my head getting in. Just awful, and all for close to $500 a weekend night. We were supposed to stay another night but left.

We stayed on a Saturday night in October and everything was perfect. The inn is adorable, beautifully decorated, clean and so cozy. They'll even provide you with a duraflame log for the fireplace in your room which was an added bonus . All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the grounds were so peaceful. We cannot wait to go back!

Had requested a cot / roller bed which was never provided even though confirmed beforehand, they weren’t able to locate the key to the room where it was locked. We ended up sleeping two adults and two kids in the same bed very uncomfortably. Went down earlier to get some milk and saw the breakfast was a matter of leftovers reassembled from the fridge. Bathroom very outdated, carpets across the entire hotel dirty. Extremely pricy for what it is.
