Wifi weak almost nonexistent Carpet stained Coaches well used Spacious

We had a very nice suite overlooking the golf course. However the carpet throughout the building was dirty. Breakfast was good. Shower was good and hot .

We had a very good experience. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Excellent service and the room was very comfortable.

The hotel had a lovely Boutique feeling to it. So glad we stayed there!

We were really disappointed after we booked the hotel in order to have use of the spa but went to the spa after check in to be told it was closed early that day for filters to be changed, we hadn’t been told this when we checked in. We were disappointed but were told it would be open at 9.30 next morning so we could use it before checking out. Next morning I rang reception to ask was it open or did we have to book, to be told no need to book just go on down so we did with our swimming togs to be told when we got down to the spa that it wasn’t open & wouldn’t be open until that afternoon. Really disappointed after having come to stay for the spa, we asked later at check out if we could use it after check out of it was open yet & the receptionist said the staff were in a training seminar & she didn’t know when it would open so we just gave up then & left never having set foot in the spa. We left our contact details & expressed our disappointment on check out but nobody contacted us :(

Didn’t know that apt’s were not in hotel. Painting was on going as a result the place had not been hoovered and carpet was all sawdust from the sanding of the skirting boards. No tv in bedroom only small tv in sitting room come kitchen but the smell was terrible that we could not stick the smell any longer. Not every bulb was working and every place was cold we put the heating gauge up till 30 on the wall but made no difference the radiators remained lukewarm. We also asked a staff member and she told us that she would send someone up to the room to get it sorted but that didn’t happen.It was the night of storm Hannah and it was very cold.Only 2 hangers in the wardrobe for your clothes. Shower tray had stains and it was just 16ins square so you could not turn much in the shower.The only true information I could give is bed linen was spotless but I am afraid that’s it. The dust from the paint on the tables was not cleaned up

Neat area. Quiet and restful. Does not feel like a hotel....we had a whole 2 bedroom apartment.

Good Staff very Friendly and Helpful. Good Food and service.
