I can’t thank the staff highly enough for their help changing my room, I was booked in the towers but due to a back injury it became apparent the towers was not user friendly for me, unable to walk up stairs and no lift. We explained my situation to the staff they very quickly found me an accessible room. The bathroom sink had a leak, we informed them and was fixed very quickly. Lovely grounds, clean hotel. Thank you

I have just returned from an overnight stay at the hotel. The hotel was really busy with several different groups of people which when we first arrived was a little worried about. The room was lovely decorated with a nice view over the garden which was nice. My husband decided to make a hot drink but when he saw the kettle decided to go down to reception to make them aware. Within 10 minutes a brand new kettle arrived without any fuss, reception staff were really helpful. At dinner we were separated into a nice quiet dining area away from the busy church groups which was nice. We ordered dinner but unfortunately mine had not gone through so when my husband’s arrived the waitress soon realised what had happened. A drink was organised for me while I waited. The efficiency and helpfulness of our waitress Agnieszka was amazing. Although they were incredibly busy the speed in which the error was rectified was incredible. I want to say a huge thank you to her, the meal was nice and we enjoyed the evening. I like the use of coffee machines and the comfort of the lounge areas. Enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

Lovely setting in the village, but also in the countryside. Breakfast was awesome... took us right through to the evening.

Although the room was clean and comfortable there were a few issues that disappointed us : The full length mirror, which obviously should have been hanging on the wall, was just stood on the floor lent against said wall ! Couldn't get the bathroom extractor unit to work. Absence of a water beaker, of some type, in the bathroom was an issue when wanting to take medication.

Nice stay in the original building with unique rooms.

Stayed on a Sunday night and the main restaurant closed - just bar food. New hotel rooms look a bit 'premier inn' in terms of character and size.

Das Buffet Morgenessen ist sehr gut.

1.Wenn die Fenster von Zimmer 21 und 26 schräggestellt werden, kann jeder einbrechen, da die Arretierung defekt ist. 2. Die Bilder mit denen geworben wird, entsprechen nicht der realität. Das Schloss auf den Bildern hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun (ist nebenan). Die Bilder der Zimmer entsprechen auch nicht der Wirklichkeit.

Great location, quiet and relaxing. Very comfortable bed, great breakfast.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which would have been useful on a hot night.

An 2 von 4 Tagen wurde das Zimmer erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt, obwohl wir erst nach 16 Uhr das Zimmer aufsuchten.

Breakfast was great. Great selection.nthe staff were quick and attentive. Reception staff were great. Beautiful setting.

Dinner was pretty awful. The main courses were dry and not good. Service included dumping plates and disappearing without giving us cutlery. Wine bottles were put on the table without opening them. Even with a cork. The cold water in the room ran red hot for at least 15 minutes before any cold came through. This made showering difficult and teeth cleaning unpleasant. Only after running the water for 15 minutes did we get normal water. The bed was quite old and sank in the middle so we rolled together throughout the night. The carpets were quite threadbare and worryingly there were a lot of small moths in the room. I would check there isn't a carpet moth eating the wool.
