Where to begin . . . Rooms are dated and in dire need of updating but they were as clean as they could be, albeit with a rusty bath (no bath plug), cracked tiles, taps you had to turn off to enable you turn the temperature up and down. Beds were made every day but not sure how often linen was changed . . . towels seemed to be changed every other day or so. The hotel advertises that each room has a mini-bar but we had to request a fridge for our room to store drinking water - that took three days to arrive after reminders each day. The "beach" is the smallest I've ever seen and there couldn't have been more than two dozen sunbeds on it. A lot of the sunbeds were cracked and broken and never seemed to be replaced so sunbeds were at a premium. Fortunately, we sat around the "second" pool with the water slides and had no problems finding a spot. They were the good parts . . . now for the restaurant. Queues to get plates, queues to get food, queues to get tables which were absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if we arrived in the middle of a Muslim holiday but we were outnumbered by this group and, to be frank and at the risk of an outcry, they were animals. If they didn't like what they were eating it seemed to end up on the table, not the plates. The food wastage by them was unbelievable. There was no sliced bread and no toaster so no toast for breakfast. The baguettes and rolls were almost always hard/stale, there were no French fries/chips and the hotel really didn't seem to cater to English/Western Europeans at all. Food was not good unless you like fish and half-cooked potatoes. Only half the food serving areas were open, hence the queues. On a positive note, the bar staff in the main lounge were great! A bit slow sometimes but very friendly and the actual quality of the drinks available was very good. The pizza restaurant below the main lounge area wasn't open but we tended to sit down there to play cards as there were not usually enough seats upstairs. The hotel spa swimming pool was devoid of water, the carpets throughout and a lot of the furniture are threadbare and the on-site shop will only accept credit/debit cards if you spent 40 Dinar or more. The hotel itself doesn't take credit or debit cards to exchange money and the cafe-bar about 200 yards up the road only took cash too, so take lots of Sterling or Euros with you to change up! You cannot take money out of Tunisia so anything you have left will be confiscated at the airport! Another positive side is that the weather was glorious!

Fantastic animation team. Great activities and very friendly. Would definitely recommend spending time at the hotel and engaging in the activities.

Fantastic animation staff at the resort helpful chatty. And good at getting people involved. In activities . Lots of entertainment throughout the day and night. Lots of variety. To cater for all tastes.

Description mensongère. Cet hôtel est très loin d’un 4 étoiles. L’état général est vétuste et mal entretenu, la propreté laisse à désirer et l’ambiance est bruyante. Le restaurant est mal géré : désordre permanent, gaspillage énorme et aucune organisation. Pas de connexion wifi comme indiqué. Séjour extrêmement décevant, je ne recommande pas.

Propreté vraiment nulle, ok ils étaient débordé par l'afflut de clients mais personnel restreint, donc difficile de suivre! Le personnel a fait le max, merci à tous mais désolé, vous nous reverrez pas une 2è fois! Désolé
