DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH AND SANITY - POLLUTED SEA WATER - always been open-minded to reviews prior to booking Where to start ? Firstly positives, A genuinely respectful, polite and fantastic young waiter BAHA TIILI, who you'll find on sea view balcony for lunch and dinner, nothing was to much trouble. The ANIMATION TEAM were fab and did they're best to make unhappy guests, (there was a lot) enjoy some fun. Activities ran were varied, water polo, beach volley ball ( sand on top of concrete, watch the knees) sadly despite the teams best efforts many games become violent, with attempts to drown, threats of violence, intimidating behaviour. Here goes the negatives. Rude reception staff on arrival. Room only partially prepared, but compared to others we spoke to, we were lucky ish. Request for towels and told none available till the morning, when expressed that is not good enough, wet towels arrived, Room cleaned once in 8 days. Last full day and someone entered the room and removed the towels and toilet rolls. Request made for replacements left waiting. Food below par, re used from dinner to breakfast then lunch. Not enough plates, so you guessed it, turns into a scrum. its the same scrum to get to the food. Pushing and barging to get to the food. People eating off the table cloths and the waiters just shake it off and relay it. Verbal and physical threats to women both witnessed and experienced with raising his fist to punch myself and a female friend in the face. Security.. none insight until some idiot jumps in the pool at night. No respect for female travellers from It appears that the management are ok with this, requests were made for police to attend but instead it was wanted to be kept in-house, I spoke with the deputy manager the following morning who at first showed very little interest until I said I had wanted the police called, assured me that person would be removed from the hotel when identified as they do not tolerate violence to women that was a big fat lie. Almost daily punch ups in the pool or bar areas this includes just getting snacks. Not to mention the inappropriate behaviour of chefs shouting at each other in front of guests. The indoor pool is closed and empty something we was not aware of prior to arriving. Something else, not given a true reflection is the beach and the sea water quality. Down the road, a mile away is a factory/oil refinery/power plant that pumps its waste into the sea (local shop owner told us that on our last day) hence the very warm water and the dark brown colour, of the water. Oil patches on the man made beach, two broken sun lounges ( Literally all split down the centre) vertically is the max this beach can take. The pool area.....get up early for a sunbed (5 am) because there is no where near enough beds or umbrellas available, oh and if you want a mattress you'll have to rent it for the day, only 50p but not would you'd expect from a 4 star All inclusive hotel and they are all broken down the centre so if you can't get a mattress then watch out for your skin to been pinched. Patio furniture again no where near enough and was barely holding together. Drinks are served in paper party cups, happy birthday Mickey mouse or Pikachu. The hotel in general areas is literally disgusting, faeces smeared on doors and walls and the floor frequently used as the toilet and are flooded.

DO NOT book this hotel!! If I could give this hotel a minus I would! Terrible service, the hotel is filthy dirty, the rooms are so dated and the beds are like camp beds. The hotel clearly has a damp issue as the whole hotel smells. I cannot express more how awful this place is. It’s definitely NOT 4 star!! Make sure you check all reviews on this hotel before choosing it you will find so many bad ones.

Avoid this hotel – poorly maintained and dirty Do not be fooled by the pictures online. The reality is very different. The bathroom is in terrible shape: mold and mildew in every corner, cracked tiles, dirty grout, and rust stains around the drain and fixtures. The shower handle and fittings are corroded and unpleasant to touch. Hygiene is clearly not a priority here — there’s visible dirt, grime, and black mold that should have been cleaned long ago. Furniture is broken and neglected (the cabinet door in my room wouldn’t even close properly). Even the fire extinguisher looked rusty and uncared for, which is a serious safety concern. This place is run-down and unhygienic. It feels like it hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. For the price charged, it’s unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they do a complete renovation and take safety and cleanliness seriously.

L’emplacement et certaines personnes qui étaient là l’année dernière.

L’attribution des chambres… car 2 chambres ont été réservés dont une pour pmr. Et depuis plusieurs mois !! Ont a eu des chambres à l’autre bout et avec quelques marches à prendre ( super avec un fauteuil et des valises). La chambre était sale et on s’est réveillé les pieds dans l’eau dans la salle de bain, fuite !!On nous a changé de chambre le lendemain mais un problème familial nous a contraint de partir.

I can’t rate any lower, this place is a joke the rooms aren’t that clean no plugs for shower or sinks. Huge queues for food and to get a plate to put it on. The bed bugs are the best fed form of life. The restaurant just outside of the hotel is terrible. We both returned weak and run down with flu and my wife with diarrhoea

Very bad experience — the room was dirty, the service was poor, and there’s no real entertainment.In one word: don’t come here.

The animation team at the hotel are absolutely amazing! All the staff are incredible so happy and always willing to help. Amazing hotel, views, animation staff. Will definitely be returning!

Our first holiday to Tunisia, and wow what a great experience. The animation team made our stay so enjoyable. They were all so polite and made us feel so welcome. I would love to come back.
