I’ve visited this hotel in October 2025 during the October holidays the animation team has been the only thing keeping be going in this hotel the rest has been horrible , they have been friendly and making sure that someone is always doing something , the animators are 100% going to be the only good thing I will remember about this hotel.

I had so good holiday here with my kids specially with entertainment team it’s so professional and lovely is the best part Thanks all

Comme souvent avec les hôtels El Mouradi ( j’en connais 3 ) les installations et les sites sont toujours très bien conçus et bien choisis mais les hôtels sont vieillissants et manque d’entretien. Ils sont grands et ont besoin de beaucoup de clients pour fonctionner correctement aussi les prix sont bas et attractifs et attire une clientèle populaire de tous les pays. Les déjeuners et dîners sont donc bruyants et les animations ennuyeuses. Malgré cela les recettes des buffets sont locales et plutôt bonnes à côté de la bouffe ordinaire pour une majorité de la clientèle… Ceux qui laissent de très mauvais commentaires devraient savoir que l’on ne peut pas critiquer ainsi ce qu’ils ont choisi comme destination ( pays maghrébin) et comme formule exclusive ( moins cher ici qu’en restant dans son pays d’origine) : il est nécessaire de relativiser…

Just got back and i have to say i am very disappointed from a 4 star hotel! There are many problems with this hotel!!! Food absolute disgusting, no ice cream at all, every day same ingredient used, taste less, not Tunisian cousin, not enough food, u been served 1 spoon full by the chef. Plastic soup spoons, plastic cups! Rooms not nice! See picture. Public toilets only cleaned once a day, looks disgusting!! Internet only by the reception but is slow like a snail !! Not 4 star !!! 3 star at max !! Not happy! Not recommended! Reviews says it all !! Beach is nice, stuff friendly but that’s it!

Visited this hotel on 9th October 2025, we arrived at the hotel, 1 person was checking in more than 2 coaches. We got our key and went to our first room, this is when we noticed staines on the bed sheets, mould in the cups in the bathroom, mould growing up the walls and very unhygienic. We went to reception and it took us almost half a hour to persuade them to move us rooms. Eventually they did and the room wasn't much better but was manageable. The staff around the pool and restraunt were great, always pleasant but I'm guessing cause of the tips (witch is totally ok). The animation team were the ones who made our holiday, they were great even though we didn't have the kids with us. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again, there is so much potential they could do with the hotel, as the lay out of everything is just weird.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Food was disgusting, they serve u with one small spoonful, all drinks out of paper cups i mean all. Dirty, disgusting. Try to make the best out of a bad decision. Would not recommend steer clear. Gave us a room it was filthy, changed room not much better. Dont go here!

Just come back from a week’s stay at this hotel and all I can say it is as horrendous as the reviews state! No where near a 4* hotel more of a 1/2* at a push! The room that was given to us that had been “cleaned” after we complained about our original room was just as dirty and out dated. Exposed plug socket hanging out the wall, furniture on the verge of collapsing, hair & bits all over the floor, dirty counter tops. The room smelt of sewerage from the toilet. Lift the toilet seat up and flies would come out and I won’t even tell you about the toilet brush! The only good thing was the shower, even though the bathroom needed a very good deep clean from top to bottom! - The maid would come daily but we had no idea what she was doing other then making the bed as the same dirt was on the floor/counter tops/bathroom the day we left! - Pretty sure we’ve been eaten alive by bed bugs aswell! The food is repetitive and terrible. Bland, you’d literally be eating a dish/bowl of oil! As non fussy adults we struggled, let alone if you were trying to feed children! We resorted to eating out for all 3 meals after 3 days! (Lovely restaurant just a short walk down the road and cafe just outside the hotel) - The hotel restaurant and its cleanliness/hygiene levels were disgusting. Table cloths stinking dirty. A waiter happily took a glass off our table that was used and finished with and poured in wine and gave it to another guest without cleaning it! - Trying to get plates and into a line for food was like a brawl. The staff is a mixed bag - some were lovely - some very rude. I can imagine if you were to throw tips around you'd get a better service! The pool areas were well kept apart from the dirty, broken sun beds - that you need to get up at the crack of dawn to get! You can have a comfy dirty, broken cushion for 2 Dina’s a day. Only good thing about this hotel was the view and the Spa! - The spa facilities and the service the staff provided definitely didn’t belong at this hotel! - Literally is the only saving grace! Came back feeling unwell and I’m pretty sure this is from the absolute filth they provide you to stay in! Overall an outdated, filthy hotel that really is mis-sold to customers! - Don’t waste your money or time! - Worst holiday we've ever experienced!

This hotel is average at best, it has seen better days, the staff are lovely and they are doing their best. The whole place needs updating. We had a room for 3 people but only had enough towels for 2 people, housekeeping wouldn’t give any extra towels until we complained. The food was not great, all inclusive and we got the same choices everyday there were no menu changes, by our third day we went out to eat. There is an excursion rep at the hotel, he was really good we did camel rides which was around 4hours brilliant, on day one, quad biking on the second day 4 hours and again brilliant, then a pirate boat trip fantastic. Our room is very dated, bathroom needs updating. There is a telly in our room it doesn’t work, so don’t know why it’s here.
