Ottimo il buffet quotidiano, colazione, pranzo e cena. Il cibo ottimo con personale molto disponibile. Non tutto era disponibile però, se arrivavi un po più tardi non trovavi tutte le pietanze a disposizione. Della serie... se arrivi tardi trovi quello che trovi.

il televisore anni 80 a tubo catodico, nel 2025 non è proprio accettabile. L'animazione serale non può parlare solo francese. Il wifi non disponibile in camera, da un hotel 4 stelle non me lo aspetto.

I booked the hotel around the 9th October for just me and then someone else said they were coming but I only had put their name, no passport number or any other details. They told me they couldn’t so I called the hotel to see if I could change the name so my son could come. No reply to the phone calls and the online enquiry. When I got to the hotel I explained to the receptionist and he said it should be fine if my friend joined me as I had paid for two rooms and as my son couldn’t come and that after he came we would speak to his boss the next morning. He arrived 2 days later at 1.30 in the morning. He slept in the other single bed in my room with its 2 broken fridges and decor from the 70’s. At 3.30am the receptionist is banging on my door going completely mental and demanded my friend go to reception. So he went and then he came for me. He was so angry and I couldn’t understand why as it was the same man who said it would be fine and we would have sorted everything out on the morning with his boss but no. I don’t know what he was saying as he wasn’t speaking English. My friend had paid the tax and filled in the registration form by then but the man was still so angry. I just couldn’t stay there anymore and packed my stuff and came to reception. By this time he had spoken to his boss and my friend had the other room key but I didn’t want to be there. 3 taxis to the airport at 4am and then a new flight via France costing me about £500. My friend stayed the entire rest of the week and they wouldn’t let him leave the hotel though.

Extremely dated , smoking in many areas be prepared for this. Lots of awful smells that just hit you one being constant smells of old puke ! Check the bread for mould , be very careful with the food and water it will make you very poorly. I’m still getting over gastrointestinal problems from this holiday.

Májusban is voltunk itt, ahhoz képest az étkezések sokkal rosszabbak, minőségben, választékban (mert akkor kimondottan jó volt). Nagyon sok ember volt, pillanatok alatt eltűnt minden a svédasztalról. Üres és tiszta asztalt is nehéz volt találni. Mivel májusban nem így volt, ez elsősorban nem a szálloda hibája, hanem a vendégköré. A szobák állapota már 2* vagy az alatti szint, lepusztult, kopott, koszos minden. A személyzet nem túl barátságos.

The entertainment staff was brilliant for younger kids, they try and involve older kids and adults with games around the pool, such as yoga and Aqua aerobics. The rooms still need a lot of improvement e.g. updating some house keeping, needs to be retained.

Top holiday, we went for a week all inclusive and we really recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a week away, top entertainment, nice food that goes on all day and nice drinks too

The entertainment team is absolutely amazing they do their job like no other, variation of activities from 10 to 18.00 all interesting and amazing.

Great and nice team, had fun during their activities, very good dancers 👌 Good communication and they want people to participate but in a very polite way without being ‘forced’ to do anything.
