Just a lovely friendly atmosphere with staff who cant do enough for you. We had a great time.

What I didn't like was being told at breakfast that I couldn't help myself and had to wait for someone who was late to come and serve us , but overall our stay was good

The staff were good people and welcoming on arrival. However I found the building to be run down and in need of a significant refit. For some reason when I arrived my window was open and cold. There were dirty marks on the walls and the bed and shower did not feel fully clean. The surrounding area is in the process of redevelopment and is effectively a large building site st the time of my visit. Although it was conveniently close to Lime St train station.

It was a pleasant stay quite Basic but thats all you need i guess, not sure why but no bar and looked a little like it needed a updo!! However, the staff where extermely friendly and always smiling so this definitely made up for the experience.

Very good location, very close to Lime Street Station. Breakfast hours too late and too restricted from 9-10.

The room was clean and cosy. But lift was out of order, so when we go again I will ask for ground floor room. Staff were pleasant when we checked in and when we got back in the evening, however we were a little disappointed as we went down to the bar at 8. 30 am to get a cup of tea before breakfast and the lady was a little abrupt sayin breakfast wasn't til 9am so I asked could we have a cup of tea while we waited she replied "No there is tea in your room" but there was no milk left as we had used it the night before and I couldn't walk back up those stairs. However over all an ok place to stay will book again.

It is worthy to stay in this hotel and service is really good.thank you guys

Overall good stay

Was fine, just what we needed for a night. Clean room, comfy bed. Everything worked. Breakfast was nice.
