El Mouradi Club Selima

It’s with a heavy heart that I write this but can only tell the truth. Strange I was the only person getting off the coach ! And the coach driver laughs on arrival looked quite nice but sadly it was down hill from there room was old and dated ! To the point the beige carpets had stains all over the place , the door to the balcony decided to stop locking so had to go and get them to sort it !!!! To be fair it only took 1 hour 30 for the guy to turn up and fix it . The food hall was ok but everything was the same every day with a twist but chicken,fish and salad the best meal was the continental breakfast of such ! I think everyone got the Tunisian trots lol . Children’s menu was none existent even down to ice cream a mear basic ! We couldn’t even have toast for breakfast finally I had to complain and with all due respects both ice cream and toaster was there the next day but not for long , the adults were like Vultures so the kids didn’t get a look in . The pool area was nice and clean and the pool Slide bar was shut or basically never opened so you had to go into the bar but with cues constantly an they only had 1 beer pump and very limited drinks but if you paid for the extra and got the decent drinks you Didn’t have to cue which pee’d a few people off as we still had paid with in the package so why Be treated differently . This year at the end of season they said they were refitting the hotel and updating it .sadly not a 4 Star like love holidays said maybe 20 years ago but now more like a 2 star at a push Would I go to Tunisia again probably yes they this chain then at the mo I’d have to say No !!!!!!!! At the price we paid, we weren’t expecting a 5 star service but this place doesn’t even make it to the 3 stars it claims. Awful place, substandard rooms and rude staff. Outside our room was a wee stained mattress for the duration of our stay. We asked for extra pillows.. they took 4 times of asking and 48 hours to arrive. All inclusive but food choices were very limited. Tried to order a gin and tonic.. but they had no tonic and told us we’d need to buy our own tonic from the mini mart. My wrist band broke off, I was told I’d need to pay to have a replacement.. it’s a plastic band!!! We ended up booking into the Iberostar a few hundred yards away. There’s so much more to report like ant infested room, plaster peeling off the ceiling but I’d be here all day.. give this place a swerve.. wish I would’ve researched more on its actual rating and not the one ‘Love Holidays’ gave it.

The bathroom was horrible....a lot of problems And a cliché style Many things are broken... Racism....this facility is a big room of Racism. Many staff they almost kiss the feet of the European clients ...and showing different face to other nationalities This hotel needs to be renewed and equipped with new furniture 😒....they still use plastic chairs and tables... There is no Wi-Fi inside the rooms....only in the bar and the reception area!!

Rooms is acceptable. People who work at the hotel are very friendly, kindly, hardworking. Animation is very good. Yoga trainer Rourou is special. Thank you all❤️❤️

Terrible experience will never go back to this hotel. Room Terrible food Terrible Well what can I say about hotel for a start photos you have of the rooms are not what you have when you arrive. The room we was given had 3single beds push together in a row. No towels,room was not clean properly,toilet brush was well you can see from photos I have enclosed and state of bathroom. I had to sort out room my self where I pop mattress against the wall so we just had 2 single beds together so these you could walk around the bed and open door. Tv was from 80 no flat screen as described in details on your website and photos of pool area are wrong aswell. No snack bar,no cakes in afternoon. Shower wasn't working for 3days even when I told them it doesn't work. They did move us but again it was not like photos and when I show them they could not give me a answer. Room was a bit better but still couldn't open door to go out side to sit properly. Did have towels but for 8nights we was their in room,sheets and towels was not change. Now for experience of having food. All I can say for lunch and dinner was like cattle market. Enclosed photos,we could not eat out so we had to eat but I've never seen people being like animals. Pushing in all time,no queue system,flight over clean plates. You could not even see what food was or get some as it was full of mostly Albanian people as they was given money to go to this hotel and I didnt even feel safe oneday as they took over the swimming pool to play football and being a women I did not feel safe. I would have never gone to this hotel if I knew photos was not true or correct and how run down hotel is. Even for food you did not know what you was eating and they did not cater for english people for food even for breakfast. I have enclosed my photos for you to look at and it took me a week to write this as I've been so upset over this holiday. As this was a celebration holiday being engaged but it wasn't it was horrible experience,even when I asked about mini fridge got told you have to pay for it. Even in new room we had 3 single beds even when I asked for double bed. The mess people left in dinning room was so disgusting. This hotel is definitely not for english people and ones we did find to speak to all felf same way it was horrible experience. I shall await for your reply but I am very unhappy with while experience as I thought we was getting experience from photos you have advertised for this holiday what are false. You can see from photos sate of beds and even one of spare bed I took up. We even brought towels and you had to pay for your sunbed cover too and no pool towels either. No travel provider was even at the hotel and nothing was even display from love holidays on notice broad. 18:45

This hotel is disgusting. (I am a 12 year old and dyslexic so sorry if my grammar is bad) we came to hammamet Tunisia. We were in a lovely 4 star hotel. We were meant to come home on the 4th of October but since we came from the UK this flight was cancelled due to storm amy. In the airport we were told we were going to a 5 star hotel, we looked up pictures and it was amazing. Then after 40 minutes waiting for the bus to leave we get told this hotel has no more rooms. We were told this hotel was just as nice. He couldn't be more wrong. As we arrived we were given food if you could call it that. I was extremely hungry so I ate some pasta anyways. When we went to check in we were given 2 rooms between the 6 of us. This was not a problem though and we didn't mind. When taken to our rooms the staff member leading us there took our suitcases, he was banging them against all the walls. Lots of local men were here smoking and staring at us. This made us uncomfortable. When we got to our room there was no towels no pillow cases the floor was extremely dirty and smelled like smoke. I cannot even begin to explain how bad it was. Before the staff member left he was looking for money. We didn't have any and it was clear he was annoyed. My mum asked him for pillow cases and we were annoyed. My family marched down to reception to complain and we were met with aggression, everyone else who was meant to fly home with us also complained, we were flying with TUI so everyone was trying to get through to the TUI rep. I was litterly having a meltdown. When no one could get through to our rep lots of people left to go find a better hotel but the rest of us didn't have the money for that. So lots of people were sleeping at reception. This was also unsafe. My dad had ate the food and was frightened for his life so he made himself sick over at the bushes. We We were offered a new room what was a little better but still horendes with mould everywhere and branches through the air conditioning thing. I was terrified to even sit on the bed but eventually did. When We were going to sleep we didn't change because we were scared of going in the bathrooms, and got clothes out of our suitcases and put them over our bed to avoid touching them. The suitcases were against the wall. We saw the bin and about a cm of mould in it, we looked in the cupboards and found a photo from july, it was october. In the morning we looked around the place the food was disgusting locals using there hands to pick up food, cups with cigarette ends next to the food. We didn't eat anything. We went outside and saw deadly slides. You would smack your head off at the bottom of the pool. The only nice thing we could find was the beach. We ended up eating at The Rock Cafe down the street, it was really nice. I feel so bad for the people who had to stay there for their whole holiday as that was unliveable please spend just a little more money for a better hotel. We had only stayed one night because of a flight delay but this was absolutely horrible.
