Pillo Hotel & Leisure Club

The hotel in general was amazing was not expecting the layout of the family room we received to have a separate room but be in the same room as such was a big surprise. The food in the Time Bar was exceptional starters main and dessert we could not fault

Dinner was lovely, bit of a wait for our food (1.5 hrs). Swimming pool was good and clean.

Pillows in bedroom of poor quality and coffee in the room very cheap and nasty, also woke up to the sound of drilling going on just after 8am, I know one of the lifts were out, but 8am on a bank holiday guy's!

Нас быстро и легко заселили в номер , хотя мы приехали немножко раньше и нам не пришлось ждать целый час после долгого пути в дороге . Отличная сауна и ресторан .

Мы были на мероприятия в конференц зале , и с 14 или 15 часов дня был очень неприятный запах с кухни жаренного масла , это был очень едких сильный запах . Наверное , что то было с вентиляцией не так . Был сломан один лифт , это доставило некоторые неудобства , но , не критично. В номере не работал сейф , но , он нам и не нужен был ))).

location good, just off the main road, beside a town, close to emerald park where we were going

Rook was dirty, a lot of things were broken in the room, staff weren't very helpful, extra charges for everything, €50 charge when checking in, never happened before and this was our 3rd time staying.

The staff were very helpful when called upon to assist. Convenient from Dublin Airport.

No phone in room to order food, despite room service being available.

Amazing stay ,kids loved it too all in all 10/10
