Pillo Hotel & Leisure Club

The rooms were excellent family size and plenty of space for everyone. Facilities were good however the restricton times on the pool were a bit unfair towards the kids when the hotel is nicely geared up for families. However I understand the reason why this is.

The only issue I had was the price of the breakfast but again this would not deter me from ever coming back to the hotel again as we have been here several times and we always enjoy our stay.

If someone is mid meltdown, the fact you have to book the sensory room seems a bit silly if it is not in use

Yes breakfast was excellent but couldn’t book restaurant as fully booked. I thought if you were a resident at hotel you would have preference but I was accommodated in the bar facility with my group. The rooms were excellent and very clean and comfortable.

The swimming pool was unavailable one of the mornings. The request for children not allowed after 10pm in the bar was unreasonable as we were a family group, I do appreciate if they were running around then yes that would have been a problem but they were just on phone playing games. As I notice children running up and down stairs going in and out of the lifts unsupervised.

Got to hotel to be told we had to pay deposit (which is not stated when booking) Then told the lifts wer not working so we had to walk with our child and cases to the 5th floor Tried to get into the pool Saturday night was told to come back Sunday morning, went Sunday morning to be told the pool was closed, weren’t happy at all as the pool was the main reason we booked for our child. Iron in room wasn’t working either
