Location was fantastic accommodation fantastic view amazing breakfast fantastic

Room was pleasantly decorated, bed comfy, bathroom spacious

Pool beds all set at a downward angle so you felt you were going to slide off into the pool. People putting towels on sunbeds early in the morning and not appearing until lunchtime! Food in Koko was not very nice (chicken noodle salad). Woken up at 7:00am every morning by a very enthusiastic swimmer right outside our room. Always a toddler having a tantrum somewhere, which reverberates around the whole resort. Hallway outside of room 121 very noisy, doors slamming all the time.

I was chasing the sun coming to Port Douglas and it can be tricky securing a sun bed

It was a lovely location very clean and good housekeeping . Breakfast was great too .

My room was a little dated and needed a freshening up . Maybe a new rug or cleaning the couches might be good . Also there were some problems with my All Accor membership benefits the staff could’ve seem to work out how to look up etc . I really think that there were too many inexperienced staff there . There were a few really good people but the woman who wouldn’t give me a free standard drink ( which was my benefit as was explained by the other person) she made me feel uncomfortable . Also the staff except for a couple of the young men and the lovely woman who seemed to be the Manager could have been more welcoming warm and smile more .
