Hotel Staff upgraded me to a suite upon request at a discount. The food in the hotel is tremendously expensive.

Good vintage hotel with charm. Basically good service. Overall good food, but overpriced food and drinks. Mini bar with little in it. Poor internet and email connection. Internet and email didn't work often.

My friend and I spent a jolly nice time with the best services and nice staff. The hotel provides best services at reasonable prices. Cleanliness is characteristic of Mercure Hotels.

1 day prior to check in, have emailed to hotel to request for airport transfer service. But Reservation Dept didn't reply my email and made arrangement. I called the hotel in the night before my departure and finally reception took my request. However, no email on the confirmation of the airport transfer despite requesting email confirmaiton during my call. Though the airport pick up was arranged upon my arrival, I think the hotel reception or reservation should improve on their communication with the hotel guest.

the friendly staff is only at the receptionist, the other is like a stranger people. at sunday morning they just blocked the mainroad to car freedays event, and the sound from the speakers outside the hotels very noisy. but, overall, the hotel is good.

nice servise, comfort the room, but not really like with the pool, cause little bit horor with big tree sorround the pool with alot tree fall around the pool

Room was comfortable. Towels need to be changed. They were pretty old. Swimming pool is good size but quite littered with fallen leaves and branches from overhanging tree. Hotel staff were excellent in their service.

Considering the location and the stars, its worth the pay. I had an awesome massage experience in this hotel's spa, and the bed is great, but the hallway smells funky.

Nice stay experience. Location is short drive to shopping mall and centre of the town. Clean hotel.
