Staff was very kind but hotel condition was worst. I can't control hot/cold water in shower and something stink bed sheet/pillows

Mercure hotel surabaya nyaman sekali. Dan menu sarapan paginya...Hmm...yummy. Apalagi kalau booking via hotels.Com dijamin lebih murah.

"新房間過段時間再住"

我在這飯店住超過10次 以前感覺都很好 這次住的房間 剛裝潢好 有味道很重 眼不舒服 要求換房間 但是飯店要找人去噴香香的 經過翻譯溝通之後 換到舊館房間 就OK

While from Juanda Airport , I took a cab to Mercure hotel . The moment I arrive , your security given a warm smile and a welcome smile , it very great of your security . than I proceed to yr receptionist your counter staff great with almost welcome . they serve me very excellence towards my request . I feel most welcome at Mercure Hotel and like to thanks to all your great staff .

"Great service and location with affordable price"

What a lovely hotel! I stayed there for business trip and it located just in the heart of the city which I easly went to the meeting points around surabaya. The service and its condition are excellent with an affirdable price. Will book it again while I'm visiting Surabaya again.

My stay was pleasant. The hotel is a bit old. Coffee shop under renovation so a bit inconvenient. Chinese restaurant very good.

"great stay and profession staff"

great stay thanks to the mature and professional staff. Rooms are almost due for a make over and the hotel staff tell me that the new tower and rooms are under construction now. The hotel had a nice character and atmosphere.
