Room was good they need to be at front desk not running around to figured out what is done onr not done they need more staff that knos what is going on not trying to run on a skeleton crew to save money

Door lock missing smoke detector missing wires hanging hot water did not work in the evening, was back on the next morning

The Outside looked fair. The entryway was clean. No staff in sight. Not a person in sight. My husband had to go to the hall to hail a person to check us in. I verified the room was to have a walk in shower and was told it had that, it was a handicap room. The room: looked ok at first. The lid to the A/C controls was broken off and sitting on the window sill. The baseboard was off on the window wall, held up by the bedside table. Could not put the table near the bed. A hole in the wall to the left of the TV. The bed had a metal sounding boom each and every time you either sat on it or laid on it. In the bathroom, Sink drained very slowly, and a constant drip from the TUB. Note, NO walk in shower. Therefore my husband could not bathe as desired. The bathroom floor was very slippery, even with shoes on. I showered the night of arrival 8/2. I got clean towels around 7PM on 8/3. I did tell the gentleman at the desk about our concerns. He had lists from many others as well. We belong to Choice Privileges and are saddened by this experience. Our room was 103. Check it out!

It's been good the pool is closed not sure why other than that I enjoyed my stay

This is my first negative review that I have given to any business. Here’s a list of problems…. 1. Waited 10 mins at the front desk before any staff showed up! It was 3:30pm! 2. Lamp at bedside table not working. 3. Toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush half the time. Had to walk to the lobby to tell the front desk because the phone in the room was dead! No one ever came to fix toilet. 4. Bath tub faucet had a constant stream of water. Couldn’t turn it off. 5. TV remote wouldn’t control volume. Walked to the front lobby again! Staff member did try to fix, but wasn’t successful! 6. By this time, I lost my cool! I asked for another room and all they could say was they were already booked up. 7. No staff at the front desk at checkout. I just left my key on the counter and walked out.

Save your money, do not come to this hotel. The hotel room was dirty, lightbulbs missing, and the key cards were not functional upon arrival. And along with that, I had my car broken into and miraculously, the camera right above my car was not working. It’s trashy, the front desk attendant was not helpful nor at the desk half of the time. 135 dollars for this room was not worth the price.

The hotel room was dirty, was missing lightbulbs, keycards were not function, neither of the two we were given, the hotel is overall dirty upon arrival. I had my car broken into and miraculously, the camera above my car was not working. The front desk attendant was not helpful and half of the time, not even there. Save your money. Spent 135 dollars for a terrible experience.

They advertise a pool WiFi but DO NOT HAVE THAT They had no ice. No phone service. Basically this place sucked.
