The first room had no electricity then the second room had a broken toilet seat.

This property lack maintenance and the basic necessities that are typical in the hotel industry. Upon check in, I was checked in a room with two light bulbs out, no towels in the room, no internet service and roaches crawling around in the room. When asked about having the light bulbs replaced I was told that I would have to wait until the next day when maintenance came in.Well, I was there two days and when I checked out today, those light bulbs still had not been replaced. After checking in I went up to the front desk to address the towel and internet issue and was told that there were no clean towels at the moment and some had to be wash. So, I asked the man to please bring me towels when he got some clean, so about midnight he brought me a set of towels. Then Saturday I went out for about six hour and came back to my room where the trash had been emptied but no towels, so after chasing down housekeeping I finally got towels. The internet was no working during my whole stay per the front desk staff. I am not sure if the just didn't want guest to use it, but I decided to try and connect anyway and was able to connect to the option that said choice hotels. I informed the front desk about the roachesthat were crawlingin my room, but they basically offer no response. I killed two in the bathroom and obe crawling near the TV and another crawling on the back of the chair by the desk, it came crawling out while I was sitting at the desk trying to eat. I will not stay there again

Room was not available at check-in, not available 2 hours later, 1st room given was occupied, 2nd room given .was not cleaned, 3rd room given had roach in fridge. Finally cancelled reservation and drove home.

The nastiest hotel

Too much chemical for cleaning was burning my eyes. It’s summer and the pool was moldy and full of debris. The breakfast was a LOT to be desired! Coffee was terrible and only had powder creamer. The lights didn’t work, the room was dark. The window unit barely worked.

Property no maintain

Had many issues with check out, and initial check in. I’ve contacted them about an issue I had with no response still

Was able to check in only after having to pry the front door open that should have been the sign. We decided to park in the back because it would be closer and less travel. The outside door had a rock holding it open because the card reader was broken. When I say broken I mean live wires hanging out easily accessible for little kids to grab. The carpet in the halls were nasty and had food all over them especially on the 3rd floor. We then got in our room and discovered the counter surfaces had not been wiped down. The couch and floor had sticky residue on them and there were no trash bags in the trash cans and food left in the fridge. There was also 2 remotes in the room for the tv which neither worked. I walked down to the front counter and after 10 minutes gave up on trying to complain to someone in person. I would like to think the bed was clean but just in case our family slept fully clothed just in case. We loaded up to leave first thing in the morning and found waffles and bread the only options… well there was bananas so green you couldn’t eat them. That’s when I glanced outside and saw the pool. I’ve seen Galveston water cleaner than that pool. Also the person that helped us at the front desk…. Pajama bottoms, sweatshirt and flip flops. Needless to say I would not recommend this place and will be asking for a refund.
