Room was nice but needed repairs to the room. Had a broken toilet seat for one, electrical covers need to be replaced etc.

"NO HOT WATER, NO WIFI, POOL IS BROKEN"

NO HOT WATER, NO POOL, NO WI-FI. Please read the reviews before you book at this hotel. The front desk does not alert their guests that there is no hot water or Wi-FI, nor do they offer to refund your money for departing early due to no hot water. Please file complaints with Choice Customer Service at 800-300-8800 and/or the owner of this hotel, Akashbir Mann DBA Sandman Holdings, 4745 Trowbridge Court, Granite Bay, CA I filed a formal complaint with Choice Customer Service and was given a refund for the unused night

They had no hot water running they keep saying they were fixing it but notging i had a 2 day stay we had to shower with extremely cold water and they did nothing to compensate me and my family. They also had cockroaches in the room especially in the restroom. We were also very disappointed they did not have the pool in good condition like they have in the pictures it had no maintenance completely unusable.This was the worst stay i have ever been too. I highly NOT recommended this place.

Booked one night stay. Exterior was dirty. Grass not cut. Structure walls dirty with what looked like black dirt win off stains from roof. Front entrance door was broken. Receptionist had on a dirty and stained shirt. I could see her underwear because her shirt was too small. Elevator was dirty and smelled like sweaty armpits. Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER! I showered with lukewarm water. Ive stayed at his hotel before about four years ago and this hotel was decent then. Not sure what has happened to this property. It would be a really nice place if the owners would invest and take the time to clean it up and bring it back to life! Disappointed to see how it’s gone down!
