Great staff, the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decor is up to date. It’s in a great location.

I usually stay here and don’t have any issues. The bistro does take a while to get food out so if you are on a time crunch plan ahead.

Late evening, the lobby was empty but alive, thanks to the crew who refused to coast. The front desk handled everything with easy grace, no hint of the late hour. And the bartender, alone behind the counter, went above and beyond, making sure I was taken care of like it was peak hour. It’s rare to find service this genuine when no one’s watching. Stellar work all around.

I stayed at the Union Center Courtyard in Cincinnati in October 2025 and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the staff made everything smooth and comfortable. Sophia in the front was especially helpful and welcoming, which made my stay outstanding.

Staff was pleasant and helpful and gave me guidance on how to maximize my stay from a cost perspective. I will definitely be back for sure.

Great place all the way around! It is clean, beds are comfortable, swimming pool was clean! Staff was great!!! We will be back when we come to Kings Island again!
