"Worst Courtyard experience to date!"

This Courtyard falls well short of what anyone would expect from a hotel. The room smelled like what I would imagine an industrial cleaning supply factory smells like and the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work. When I requested a different room, I was told they’re fully booked and as for the Wi-Fi, I was given a 1-800 number for technical support. So much for being a Bonvoy member!

The room was beautiful and very clean, the environment of the hotel was very live but peaceful. The stay itself felt very comfortable and safe, definitely will be back!!

We had a late check-in and the parking lot was packed full but we did manage to find a spot behind the hotel. We did have to wait a minute for the attendant to check us in, but then again, it was late. The hotel was very clean, inside and outside. Seems to be newly renovated, and we heard NO noise from the outside, halls or other rooms. I don’t think free breakfast was included, and if it was we missed it because I didn’t see it advertised anywhere. Overall, 10/10- I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
