What an underwhelming experience for a room that was not cheap. Front desk check in was blasé. Like, here’s your key, period. We were looking around for the elevator—it was laughable. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. (Who does that?) The “restaurant” is a glorified bodega, and good luck finding a person working it. Our room was clean, and the location worked for us, so it was fine, but that’s it. Would never stay here again. Will avoid Courtyard by Marriott.

Thank goodness "Lebaron" (Marriott staff) eased our disappointment in Marriott with his kindness and sweet nature!!! We coordinated our family and friends to stay at the Courtyard Marriott in West Chester,Ohio for 4 nights for a family event. Much to our surprise, complimentary lobby coffee was not provided! We were most disappointed to be required to pay $5.00 for coffee after we had already paid $259.00 per night for our rooms! Apparently, complimentary coffee is only provided with free breakfast at the "Fairfield" and "Residence" Marriott! Additionally, our room had peeling paint and mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Step it up, Marriott!

Expensive for how the hotel room looks like.

Reserved through Expedia and Marriott changed my room from what I paid for. They said Marriott Corp. had overbooked and they didn't have what I paid for available even though I checked in 15 minutes after check-in was available. There are just too many better options in this area to choose this hotel.

I am a Marriott lifetime platinum elite member and this is by far the worst property I have ever stayed at. I have spent 10 nights here in the past year and the experience is always the same. Way understaffed. I believe this property and the two Marriott properties next-door are all owned and operated by the same group and they are sharing staff. All properties are understaffed. They cannot take care of their customers. TVs don’t work and there is always a 45 minute wait to check in and the bistro is never open until 6 o’clock. Marriott should pull their name and not allow this hotel operator to represent them any longer. Do not stay here.

Deserted (nice and quiet!), clean, and pristine condition. Soft mattress, generous bedding and pillows, gigantic tv, and the bathroom amenities included a flip down shower bench and two shower nozzles. Double the towels I’ve seen anywhere else. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and plenty of hangers. Fridge was on the small side, microwave. Nice fitness facility , and accessible swimming pool. Truly black-out curtains! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
