I loved everything. Clean, comfortable, easy to access and the people who work there are super polite.

The location is amazing: it’s not far from the center but very quiet.

My bathroom was covered in black mold! It was everywhere. And it smelled! That horrific smell was everywhere but the worst was the bedroom. You feel like you are staying on a swamp. The bathroom and the bedroom share a wall, that wall is also the wardrobe… now, that’s where the smell and the mold contamination is the worst. There is a wet stain on the floor of the wardrobe and when you open the door it fills the room with an unforgettable sickening smell. I couldn’t use the wardrobe, but even thought, I didn’t - every piece of my clothes was smelly when I came back home and unpacked. When I told the workers about the problem nothing was done. They definitely know about the problem, they just don’t care. Fixing it will take a lot of time and money, so they just rent it the way it is.

Location was very good. I loved the car park. Lots of spaces plus they have a undercover spot to unpack your car under. Unit had everything I needed to cook dinner. Kitchen was good and bathroom was a good size

The car park was left unlocked most of the time I was there. I was there for a week.

We asked for a ground floor room and it was lovely and spacious - plenty of room for cases. Huge bed with crisp, clean linen gave us a good night's sleep. The carpark was very secure, with plenty of room to move our vehicle and park near our unit.

Although the bathroom was clean and tidy, it was old and tired looking. (Couldn't find a hair-dryer either). Wardrobe & cupboard space was good-sized but also old.

The resident cat. Frankly that was the only good thing about this place. Other than the fairly large kitchenette.

1. Nothing worked...the dryer, the AC remotes (one remote only for 2 ACs in the room and didnt work for both), the fan regulators (either zero or full speed - nothing in between)...nobody seemed to bother about the maintenance of the unit. 2. Very disinterested staff...they couldn't care less about the guest's comfort. 3. Place can be quite deserted after 4 pm 4. No help lugging suitcases up the stairs

Super confortable and spacious.

Sam was so friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us with a very early check-in and also ensuring we had a ground floor apartment, as I have difficulty with stairs. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, well-located near the Esplanade, and not far from the centre of Cairns. The pool and gardens were lovely, and we also had a small garden area outside our living room.
