L emplacement idéal pour les arena ! 10 min a pieds dans un quartier safe avec parking . tarif imbattable quand réservé à l avance grande chambre avec grand lit les deux personnes à l acceuil malgré pas mal de problème d organisation de l hôtel

16h les chambres pas pretes , pas de responsable présent pour canaliser les nombreux clients mécontents

Not very clean , they said there are sleepers but there is no and i asked them for 2 days with no response, the room phone was not working, the hair dryer charging unit was not working , cleaning 2 times during the whole stay for 5 days

The apartment itself was well-equipped, with good facilities and grocery stores conveniently located nearby. The neighborhood also felt relatively safe, making it a comfortable place to stay.

Very disappointing experience. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel and was assured that a parking space would be available. However, the parking lot was full, and I had to leave my family at the hotel while I searched the area for parking. Even worse, we accidentally left a jacket and a T-shirt worth around €300 in the apartment. We contacted the hotel the next day by phone and email, but instead of checking the apartment, they said they would ask the cleaning company. It is difficult to understand why nobody from the hotel could simply check the apartment to confirm whether the items were there. After three days, they informed us that nothing had been found. Our entire family is certain the items were left in the room, as we had purchased them the evening before check-out and tried them on again that night. When we spoke to the manager, Anthony, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He stated that they trust their cleaning company, implying that we were not telling the truth rather than taking our concerns seriously. Poor customer service, poor communication, and unprofessional management. I would not recommend this hotel.

Les chambres n étaient pas prêtes pour l heure indiquée (15h), donc 2h d attente dans le hall dans lequel des personnes étaient amasser (aucune chambre n étaient prêtes a lnheure indiquees). Aucune information sur le délai d attente. Les 4 logements étaient presque vétustes, vieillotte, avec du matériel abîmé et des chambres loin d etre propres.
